ENTERPRISE RENT-A-CAR

I made an online reservation 3-4 weeks in advance for an intermediate car and then changed a few days prior to my pick-up date for a full-size. Upon arrival, I was shown a Mazda (can't remember model), but there is no way it was "full-size". The girl told me that car size isn't about it's physical size, but instead about the cost of the car. This car was obviously one of the oldest in their fleet, with chips and scratches all over it. More concerning, was that I needed a bigger car. They didn't have any other cars except for an intermediate size Sentra, so I took that one, but when I got in to drive away, the brakes squeaked and rubbed so terribly! I have two little boys that will be riding in the car, there was no way I could take that car! Even the manage thought it was weird that the car was making noise because he said it was coming from the rear and the car is front wheel drive. Anyway, in a prior rental experience from this same office, I had rented a PT Cruzer and had complained about a low tire pressure light. I was told that the sensor was overly sensitive...next morning, the tire was flat to the rim! Instead of giving me a new car or discount, they instead made an appt at Firestone and I had to sit for 2 hours and wait for a tow truck (they did pay for that) and have Firestone fix the blown tire! I felt like I should be getting paid! I should've known not to rent from this office in the first place after the tire thing happened, but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. I will never rent from this Enterprise office, they clearly do not know how to manage their rentals or their customers!
