Robben's Restoration

Rita (Robbens) was exceptional. From the moment I contacted her to describe the project, she was courteous, helpful and actually explained what I had and the different options available for the restoration. It was a very big project as the pieces were in really bad shape.
Conveniently, Robben's allowed me to drop off the pieces at a local antique mall, so I didn't have to drive to Indiana! Once the pieces got to Rita, she quickly let me know what my options were, the process and an estimate. She did a test area to make sure I would like the finished piece and went from there.
Start to finish, it took about three weeks to complete the refurbishment and I couldn't be more pleased. The restoration far exceeded my expectations. The pieces actually look better than I remember even when they were on my grandmother's mantle as a child. Robben's helped keep a part of my family with me in a very beautiful way. I can't wait to show my grandmother the finished pieces. 
I would highly recommend Robben's and their amazing craftsmanship.

You can see from the before and after pictures, the set went from faded, bent, and dented (and definitely gray) to STUNNING, shiny, mirror-finish, dazzling.  The set seriously looks like highly polished silver or chrome.  It sounds crazy, but it is difficult to state in words how beautifully Rita revivified this set.  It is now absolutely the focal point of the entire room--seems to project light from its finish.  I cannot recommend Robben Restoration, and specifically Rita's wizardry/knowledge/craftmanship/professionalism, any higher.
