Erin has been styling my hair for 3 years, and every appointment is a real treat. I initially went for a free Locks of Love cut, and she paid just as much attention to me as she did to paying customers (which is to say, a lot.) Over time, she has taken the time to learn the nuances of my hair and evolve the style to suit me perfectly. Looking at the other chairs, it seems that all the other stylists are just as doting to their clients.

They are pretty wide range in price and I think for the kid's haircut, it was $30. Usually I don't walk away in there with less than $100 but again I have other stuff done too like scalp massages and others. I got more problems than the kids. The kid's cuts are cheaper than adult's haircuts but everybody in the family use them, my husband, my daughter, my son and me. We like them. The haircut prices are good, the ancillary services may not be worth it, the scalp massages or the manicure/pedicure and all that stuff is really proven to be worth while in the past. If I'm taking the kids out, that's when I go and I get manicure whenever I'm sitting here for an hour because the haircuts do take a long time. The haircuts are always worth the money and the extra stuff, I've had better manicures and pedicures but when you're sitting there and you got nothing else to do and you see somebody just sitting there not doing anything and then you'll just figure to get it. I get my nails done while I'm sitting there rather reading the magazine or whatever. The front desk staff is good, the hairdresser that we use are also very friendly, very nice and good. Their prices are a little high but again you pay for your little tea that you get, sitting in a nice atmosphere, listening to the music, they have like a make-up station where you can do your make-up and if you're paying for a lot of perks and people hanging up your coats and things like that. They just started recently, you can make appointment online which is very nice, and I think it's more efficient than calling sometimes and I like that. They also send e-mails telling you that it's been a couple of months since you got a cut or whatever and just remind you which is a little pesky but it shows that they are in the ball and have a system where they retouch their customers to make sure we're happy and want to come back in so that's a good thing. It's basically a well-run business. We've waited sometimes if we had a hair appointment and you can't always get in when you expect and it's more than 15 minutes, we've waited a couple of times longer than that.

The service was good. I've been going there for a long time. I like the whole treatment I get when I'm there. They treat me nicely like when I get my hair washed, it's a whole scalp massage. It's a nice overall experience.

I have a particular lady that I like to do my hair. I like the person that cuts and styles my hair. Their prices are high. They are expensive and a little bit much.

The quality of hair cut was good, but they were never on time. I thought that they were overpriced and so I stopped going there.

I have been going there approximately 3 years. I have had some good cuts, but no great cuts, but no great cuts. The best I have found here. I cannot get a consistant cut. There seems to be a constant communication problem. I just want the same thing consistantly. I came home the last cut and cut some more off. I don't feel I can go to someone else there without being uncomfortable. Therefore I am leaving. Nice salon. Great feel of professionalism. Just can't get a great cut.

Maddie is very professional and made me feel completely at ease. The salon is very cutting edge and uses Aveda products. The assistant who shampooed my hair took extra time for a long scalp massage. My hair looks great and I still get compliments weeks later.

I had my hair cut there twice. The first haircut was good, but a little expensive for my budget ($50). The second haircut ($35) was okay. The stylist cut too many layers into my hair after I told her that I only wanted a few on the ends because my hair is hard to control. I also had an uneven piece of hair that I trimmed myself after I got home.

They are very attentive and listen to what you want and are always on time, very professional.

Great job, not painful; always applies a soothing cream afterwards, consultant was Adele.
