Tri-County Roofing & Gutters

The work was done in three steps. First they removed the old gutters, soffits, and fascia. then replaced the soffits and fascia. The second part was the roof and osb. they tore off the old roof and put the osb down along with the water barrier and tar paper. the next day the shingles went on. the third part was the gutters and insulation. the workers introduced themselves every time they came to the house and would show pictures of the work they did every day before they left. They would answer any questions or concerns I had at any time. A couple days after the work was completed they came out for a final inspection and again asked and answered anything that I was concerned about. They were more expensive just as I seen on other reviews on Angie's List but I am very satisfied with the work that was done and how professional they were doing it. I would also like to commit on the first call to set up an appointment for an estimate. It took over three weeks before they came out because of show We had a winter that just didn't want to leave us alone we still are 20 degrees below our normal temperature and this is May.

Even though late in season, they finished the work and have maintained contact to complete small painting job remaining as soon as weather is consistently warm enough.

David was very professional, again. I had used this company and his services before for a roof leak, and again he came out as soon as possible and did the work in no time at all. If I were staying in this area, I would use their services again.

My only issue is that I had a hard time getting a call back. The work performed was done well & attention to detail was good

When we called to request an estimate, they were able to send out Cary within the week. When Cary arrived, he was very polite and even wore booties over his shoes when he came into the house so he would not get the floors dirty. He went up and inspected the attic. He went through the process with us to make sure we understand what the job entailed. He also offered to replace the attic cover (it was missing a corner). He seemed very professional and knowledgeable. We had another company come out to give us a quote, and theirs was considerably less. However, the person that came out left insulation in the closet, and did not mention any of the other little issues that Cary had noticed. I called Tri-County and they were willing to negotiate a better price. Primarily due to the fact that I wanted someone to do the work without dragging insulation all over the house since we have a newborn, we decided to go with Tri-County even though the price was higher. We were not disappointed. They arrived at 8 am and left by 3 pm. My husband checked it out before they left and it looked good. They did a good job of laying down rugs so they wouldn't get anything dirty. I had minimal cleanup to do when they left. All in all, I think it was well worth the extra money because they did a great job and we didn't have to worry about mistakes, messiness or anything else.

Very professional. Reasonable rates. Came earlier than expected, but let us know in advance. Did exactly what they said they would.

They were able to find the right round replacement chimney that eliminated some of the odd cuts and fitting that were necessary with the former square metal chimney. It took a little longer to find, but made for a much easier installation with far less seams to worry about. They also did an excellent job of tieing in the replacement shingles with the existing shingles. We had reshingled over the originals about 8 years ago, so it was a double thickness that they had to match. Once they had all the materials, they were done in a matter of 4-6 hours. Absolutely no issues with leaks since then. Price seemed a little high, but was well worth it for the quality of work done.

He was very professional and he answered all our questions. He gave us really great ideas for our roof. He sent us an estimate broken down so we knew what we could decide on if we chose them. The total without the extras was around 11,000 and with the extras being a rubber roof for the back porch some construction around the chimney to help water flow ended up being 15,000. Which was really out of our price range. We're not saying to not use them but for us we just weren't able to hand out that kind of cash at this time. We may use them for other outside projects in the future, don't know for sure though.

We called Tri-County to come out and do an estimate on a roof. I had heard good things about the company. The guy came out when he said he would and was very friendly. He told us (me and my husband) that we would have an estimate within 2 weeks. 3 weeks went by and we did not hear from him. My husband called the office and was told they would have an estimate for us in about a week. We waited another week and called again. We were told they would email an estimate within 2 days this time. We never did get our estimate.

Very professional organization. Very knowledgeable about roofing and application methods. Actually found some flashing issues that never had been observed by several other roofers. The crew leader was very interested in ensuring my satisfaction. He asked me several times throughout the project. By accident a exterior light was damaged during the removal of previous roof. Tri-County replaced the light with a new one that I selected without question. Unfortunate that light was damaged but I was very satisfied with how it was resolved. Tri-County was not the lowest bid. But they convinced me they would do the best job. I am very satisfied at this time. Time will confirm the quality of their work.

One of the gutters was installed incorrectly (downspout on the wrong side, per instructions), leaf protectors had some gaps, some additional instructions to screw in some soffit were not done. When called, they appologized and came out and fixed all issues the next week. Overal the company is good and professional and will see that you are satisfied with the work. I would use them again.

It was the best construction service I had. The workers are massively professional. They really did a tremendous job. There was a slight cosmetic problem and they came to repair it. They are more expensive but I got more than what I paid for so it was not a problem.

Wouldn't return my phone call. They measured but I never received my estimate.

They are excellent. They have a fine reputation. They were courteous and honest. As soon as I get money together, we are going to finish the project. I certainly would recommend them. Their prices are reasonable for the work they do.

I don’t recall the price they quoted. They didn’t do the kind of insulation work that I was asking for. Overall, it went well and the guy who came out was pleasant. He was patient, professional and answered all my questions. He did a thorough inspection. I would contact them for another quote. My mother had them do her patio roof and she was pleased with the way they did the roof.

They were professional, explained very well what they would do and seemed upfront about everything. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

I called several times for an estimate on new gutters and got no answer. I finally left a message asking them to call back. They never called back. I called them again and got someone that told me there was nobody I could talk to at that time, but he assured me that someone would call me back right away. That was 2 weeks ago and I still have not heard back from them. The job is being done in 3 days by someone else. 9/26/11

We are going to some extensive repairs. I can't come up with the money right at this point. The cooperation and accomodation have been excellent thus far. For the time being, they tarped the skylights the best they could, and I wll get back to them for this project in the near future.

They came out a week later after I called. Their price was on the higher end. They were professional. I would use their service for an estimate in the future too.

It was amazing considering the problem we had with another provider. When they called to say they would be out, they were here early. We like their professionalism. They were very good with getting back to us, getting out here on time, picking up, cleaning up, and everything. They checked on it afterwards to make sure we were happy with it. They were good all around.

We couldn't get anybody else to fix it. They came out and inspected the whole roof. They found the problem. It didn't take them very long. They corrected it. I had leaking in several different places and they found where the leak had generated from which nobody else could find. It went very well. They were very professional and very efficient. They were very polite and courteous. We were very pleased with them. I would use them in the future and I have recommended them too.

Excellent company and did a good job.

AS FAR AS THE QUALITY OF WORK, THE ROOF LOOKS GREAT, BUT THEY DID NOT CLEAN UP THE YARD VERY WELL. THEY HAD TO CUT SOME BRANCHES OFF MY TREES IN ORDER TO DO THEIR WORK. THEY LET THEM LAY, AS WELL AS SOME NAILS.
