I needed replacement of a leaking (dripping) elbow coupling at the incoming water main. Very timely service, showed up when agreed and got the job done quickly. Not cheap, but what plumber is. At least no major price gauging (if you don't count $110 + parts for less than an hour job). Did create another small leak at the water meter (screw coupling became loose) that he came back and fixed promptly.

Regional Plumbing Services, Inc did a great job on my plumbing! They removed and replaced my old faucet/washer hook up in my basement. They were on time! Friendly! Easy to work with and did Quality work! I would recommend them to anyone! They have my business for life! I wish I could submit a photo of their work, but there isn't a link for that on here. It looks amazing and finally I can use my basement sink! Thanks again Service Magic!

"This customer is correct! we did use less materials than expected but he was given a price based on best information given to us from him. (over the phone) We did honor the price and it was on the higher side of the estimate. What he neglected to mention is the amount of time we had on the job!:) I don't think he wants me to charge him by the hour. He made out better than we did."

Everything work out well. I guess that the price for this service is very inflated. That visit cost me around 180 dollars, and that's a lot of money for short and simple job. However technician was on time at my request and he did everything to my satisfaction.

I was disappointed in the service technician, office manager and value for the service. The technician did not dress, act or perform as I expected. The value of the service provided for the money paid was not good. The service was brief, incomplete and unsatisfying. The interaction with the office left me with the impression that the money for their service was the most important part of the relationship. The promised follow up for additional service was did not take place as promised.
