Moving
When they came to load the truck, the guy said that they had to fit everything in a certain area of the truck, and if it was more than that, there would be a charge. I said that was not brought up before, and not to do anything if that's the way it was going to be. He said it shouldn't be a concern for me, as all of my things should fit fine. Then there were more rules; like if they had to walk more than 75 feet there is a charge, if they have to go up stairs there is a charge. The movers were all young people that didn't label anything or organize when they packaged. I had to open every box to find out what room they went in. The worst part is that they were a week late in arriving with my possessions. When I called, they said that the movers had to go to other locations to drop off stuff for other people that were in the same truck.
