Randy did a great job, Insurance had totaled the car...Randy charged less than $1000. He is easy to deal with, honest and does really great work...on time on budget. I am getting ready to use him again on a 2017 BMW X1. You can trust randy to follow-through everytime!

Near perfect. I had another dent service give me a quote which was twice as much as Randy charged me and they wanted me to drop off the car for several days. I had hired Randy one time before to repair my Lexus LS 430 after a large cooler fell on the hood. He repaired it perfectly so I hired him to try to repair a dent on my 2016 Audi A4. The job is now completed and I am again a highly satisfied customer.

"My apologies to this customer for not following up on his service. This may sound ridiculous but my company accidentally lost all my archived emails as we keep on file all correspondence on a permanent basis. Unfortunately the emails for the few days between the retrieval of backed up emails from the server were lost or at least misplaced. This was an unfortunate situation and I simply did not even know of the issue until I read this review. Sincerely Randy Lockdall"

The repair looks outstanding! Randy was easy to schedule the repair date and time, called to confirm, and completed the repair promptly. Far better than going to a body shop, and most economical.

Randy spent almost two hours trying to remove a door ding on my 2013 Ford Flex. But because of the location of the ding over the rear wheel well, Randy was unable to repair the area to his satisfaction. While the ding was still slightly noticeable, it was better than before the repair. Randy was very apologetic and said he tried everything in his arsenal to fix it. He did not charge me the full agreed upon price since he felt he did not complete the job. I would recommend.

The scratch was in the plastic bumper and not on the metal of the car. He suggested that it might be more worth my time and money if i went and go an estimate for a Body Shop. He said that he would be more than happy to push it out, but you would still be able to see the scuffs. He recommend a place by my house and was very help full. I would recommend him because even though he didn't do what i was looking for, he was honest and very helpful to me.

We actually purchased a Groupon that Randy was offering and scheduled to have him come out. My wife's Mercedes has had a couple of dents in it for ten years, but the estimates to repair them were prohibitively expensive. I never imagined how wonderful Randy would do with them. When he was finished, I was amazed at how well he had done. He was actually apologetic, claiming that there were a couple of imperfections he wasn't able to repair. I couldn't see any of them. Randy was truly a pleasure to work with, and is very dedicated to customer service.

Randy and his son arrived promptly as promised and worked off my garage. This saved me 20-25% from having it done at a third party shop where he would have to rent the space. This is an addition to savings by dealing with him directly rather than through a a repair shop. It took a little over two solid days to get the work done. Randy was courteous and quality focused. He had me verify many times that everything was to my satisfaction before I paid anything. This was a great experience because he did excellent work, showed up time, and came to our house!
