They came and got the car and called me to see if I wanted them to continue whatever work I didn't know before that I needed, and when I approved it, it was done. They picked me up and I went to the office and paid. Thomas Moore used to be an instructor at Ivy Tech, he is highly trained and trustworthy. They run a clean and efficient shop.

Mr. Thomas provided an estimate. He was very upfront and professional. When he found something else that needed replaced, he called and again provided an estimate and got permission before proceeding with the work. We were very satisfied.

"The member car came in with no antifreeze in the coolant system due to a 3/4" plastic tube split, it also was 3 quarts low on oil and had the transmission cooler lines leaking very bad. We added oil and water to run motor, motor was quiet and seemed to run ok. We advised him of what we could see and advised him of the repairs needed to make the car driveable.After our work was perfomed it went through our quality checks which included three road tests and it worked properly with no leaks or noises.We can only advise and repair what we see. If we would have recommended a motor replacement and he took it someplace else and they did the repairs we did then we would be crooks. The member fails to explain how when his car broke down WE advised him of the NAPA PEACE OF MIND WARRANTY that came with his repair, they towed the car to another AutoCare shop who advised him that we DID nothing wrong with our repair work and that this was just a different part failure. We did follow up with the member and the shop his car was at to be sure he was being taken care of. Instead of calling and talking to us he posted a complaint on line. We are so sure of our quality and ability we stand behind our repairs like these for 3yrs/36,000 miles. But we cannot see into the future as to what else may break. His complaints are not valid and should be noted that way."
