Service person was about 10 min late but did call to inform. was very patient with nosy dog! very efficient, in and out in half an hour. They have done service for me for nearly 20 yrs.

At 10pm on a hot summer night, I noticed my house was really hot; the A/C was not working! Called Harris's emergency line, left a vm and rec'd a call back about 20 min. later. 15 min. after that the plumber was at the door. He immediately went outside to investigate, 10 min. later rang the door bell again to tell me what was wrong, and asked if I wished to have him fix. 20 mins. later the A/C coils were clean and clear & my A/C was working again.

We have been customers for almost 20 years. Have had complete new HVAC system installed and always do seasonal maintenance. Can't say enough positive things about service, punctuality & professionalism!!

Blower on air conditioner died. Had another company come in - they found the housing for the motor was cracked and we would have to pay $1000 to replace when a full new heater was only $2,000. When we called three different contractors to come in, Harris was very open with us. Their quote was a little higher. They took us out to look at the air conditioner and it was in very bad shape. We paid cash and they were there and got it done for us when we needed it. They told us about rebates from the gas and electric companies, they filled out the paperwork and sent it to us. We have received the rebates now because of their help.

They got here quickly, worked on it until they were sure it was fixed. Then stuck around for a while to make sure that it was stable. Didn't even charge me, due to the fact that it may have been slightly overcharged upon install. Will definitely go with them again.

They were extremely swamped from the storm and they came right out and seen about my unit. I didn't have a contract with them but they took me right away. I feel like that was amazing on their part. They did very good work even in a tight spot with our system. They made the job look very easy. I would use them again in the future without a doubt.

Very professional receptionist and tech. However, he couldn't figure out what was wrong with my system. The coil keeps freezing and the only way that I can get it to work is by running the fan 24/7. He brought all the gadgets to test everything and replaced the filter and said nothing was wrong with it. Three hours later, I came home, the house was 82 degrees and the system was frozen up again. Techs recommendation was some kind of chemical cleaner and another $500. I didn't get anything for the complete RIP OFF service call price of $110.00. Why would I give the guy another $500, when he didn't do jack the first time. In my opinion, they didn't know what they were doing. This is the third guy that couldn't figure out what was wrong with the system. Did they go to school for this or what???!!!

I needed to have my furnace inspected, including CO tests, in order to obtain a rental permit for my condo. I had already had several delays and a technician missed an appointment with another company, and I was getting distressed about an impending deadline for a home inspection. Contacting Harris by phone was a great start to my experience with them. The assistant answered several questions and gave an exact quote by phone; she was pleasant and courteous, and was very accommodating to my rushed needs. The technician arrived for the appointment early and completed the inspection promptly, continously informing me of everything he was doing and seeing. The inspection was thorough, and completed within the expected time and cost. He also made a minor fix to the duct on my water heater (next to the furnace) at no extra cost. While I didn't yet need any major repairs or replacements, I will certainly hire Harris again when I do.

They were very very prompt, the work was performed quickly by folks who knoew the system and the follow up has been excellent! The price was another great aspect but their service was excellent also. The system has been in place for a few months and my gas and electricity bills are lower by almost 20% so far. I have received 2 follow up calls post installation to check on how the system is working. They have my business - we will be sending them to our rental house for servicing and they will be servicing my home furnace as well from now on.
