I called on Saturday, and they came on Monday, right on time! They were here and gone in less than an hour, and it was fixed!

Jerry was extremely creative and gave advanced suggestions. They were extremely service oriented.

The whole experience was fantastic. Jerry the owner came out on a Saturday to measure the blinds. At first we were planning on having Abda come out and install the replacement blinds, but Jerry let me know I could save about $300 by installing them myself (which turned out to be very easy). When some of the blinds came in incorrectly he worked quickly to get the correct ones sent out within a few days. He was a great teacher, gave me lots of extra tips on caring for my blinds and I could tell he's just an all around honest businessman. I trust him completely and will never use another window treatment company.

We were very pleased with them. They did a good job, and did what they said they were going to do and they also did a little extra.

I had the blinds taken down since I was having new windows installed. I'd been told the brackets had to be removed as well as the blinds. This was extra trouble for ABDA, and they charged me extra for it, but accomplished the work cheerfully and carefully. He took extra care in reinstalling to make sure the blinds were rehung just right.

Contractor (owner) was friendly, quick, informative, helpful, pleasant.

Owner Jerry came on a Saturday for initial estimate, listened to my thoughts on what I wanted and provided suggestions to meet those. An Angie's List discount was provided as well as some same as cash pay options. The shutters were made within the three week time estimate and installed on the date and time scheduled. Jerry came with an installer to do the work and both were on time, polite and cleaned up all packing and install materials.

We are very satisfied with all aspects of our experience with this company. The owner was also the sales representative. He was personable, professional, and was a great help in suggesting options to us. His installer was also clean cut and professional. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

She came out to give the free estimate and had limited drapery samples and initially didn't even bring them into the house. She only had blinds and shades with her. The samples she had were very limited. She measured the windows and said she'd call back within 2 days and called back over a week later. I had already gone with someone else.

Jerry Rebb was the representative. He was pleasant and business-like, making helpful suggestions but giving me the final decision on color, placement, etc. His office staff set meeting times that met my preferences, and Jerry was prompt and on time for both visits. He and his assistant did the installation work efficiently and cleaned up after themselves, even offering to do more than necessary.

Owner of the company came out to measure windows. Responded to my phone call promptly and was able to schedule his visit in a reasonable period of time. Had good suggestions on what treatment would look best and pricing was reasonable. Placed the order and expect to have the blinds within 2-3 weeks. In the interim, he installed some paper shades that have worked great.

Pleasant experience. The installer put many unnecessary holes in my wall due to improper placement, but they do not show. They came back a second time to install the drapery rods b/c I didn't have the proper brackets.

WORK WAS DELAYED BECAUSE OF HOLIDAY WEEKEND.

I BELIEVE THE GUY WHO CAME OUT WAS PART OWNER. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL IN HELPING DECIDE THE TYPE AND COLOR OF THE BLINDS AND DRAPERIES I ORDERED. ONCE THE ORDERS CAME IN, EVERYTHING WAS INSTALLED. EVERYTHING LOOKS AND WORKS GREAT.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB! THEY TOOK ALL THE BLINDS WITH THEM AND BROUGHT THEM BACK THE SAME DAY CLEAN AND REINSTALLED THEM! THEIR WAS 18 OF THEM. VERY WELL WORTH IT!
