I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Jerry brought samples to the house, let me look at exactly what I wanted while still giving me other options in case I wanted something else. They came in in exactly two weeks as promised and the installer was so kind and professional. He installed everything quickly and took care of removing and stacking the old blinds up for me. Great job, I'd highly recommend and would use them again!

Jerry came to my house to provide me with an estimate for honeycomb blinds. I changed my mind and called him and told him I wanted roller shades and he promptly provided me with an estimate for the shades. He then came back to my house to show me some samples and I picked a Silverscreen product to help keep up the heat of the sun out of the room. The shades were installed within 2 weeks and I am very pleased with the result. The process was painless.

Jerry helped us pick out neutral blinds for the entire house. He listened to what I wanted and then started showing me samples to narrow down a design. He helped match the blinds to our carpet, paint, furniture, cabinets, etc. He showed me what they would look like in the dark, light, etc. He also helped us pick out a vertical blind that would accent the cellular blinds. Since we were doing the entire house, he called the manufacturer to see if they would change their current promotion (which was top down/bottom up option) to cordless since we didn't really want the current promotion. He was able to get us a significant discount on the cordless option. He also threw in shears for the narrow windows next to our front door. He did the install along with his son. He was very friendly and helpful the entire time. He worked within our schedule and came out to install the blinds the Friday evening before we moved into our new home. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend ABDA.

Excellent job! The blinds works wonderfully and look great. The colors and fabrics work well with each room's decor. The installer did a great job with installation and cleanup. I am very pleased with this company's product and with their work. Highly recommended!

They are very efficient. They were here when they said they would be. They took the blinds about 9:00am in the morning and had them back to me and cleaned by 4:00pm.

The one they were reinstalling this time was worse than the first one they tried to fix. I am not happy with the manufacturers product right now. I am waiting on Abda Inc to fix this with the manufacturer or provide me with a discount. I had the installer reinstall the first one which looked better. I feel like I got a very cheap looking product. I would give them an "A" for the quallity of the installation, but for the quality of the product I would give a "D".

We loved them. They did a great job coming out, measuring and doing the installation. We had a problem with one of the blinds and they came right out and fixed it. They are very easy to work with and very knowledgeable of window fashions.

Be educated about what you want in window treatments. I got referrals from Angie's. Looked on line and called 3 companies. ABDA had the type of product I wanted. When they came to measure and bid they were reasonable. It took a bit longer 3-4 weeks to have the shades I wanted made and installed. Very happy with result (insulated, light blocking accordian shades for bedroom). Also they repaired a cord at no charge.

Jerry and his employees are professional and punctual. They have a 'can do' attitude, and never lost sight of the task at hand. They made several recommendations of options that we hadn't thought of, and ended up using many of them. They are a smaller company and have a personal rapport with their customers. Something that's almost impossible to do with a larger business. My wife and I are planning to use ABDA for the rest of the windows in our home.

Process went very smoothly. The same company had installed window coverings as well as plantation shutters throughout my home in 2003. They still look wonderful, oh by the way. This summer I had the patio door replaced and the window people replaced the window treatments backwards on the two patio door windows, resulting in the shades getting stuck against the doorknob when raising or lowering the shades, and eventually the cord frayed and broke. Abda came out and switched the two shades so the cords were on the proper side and replaced the broken cord.

They were a little hard to find. You had to leave messages and they didn't have anyone that answered the phone. They sent someone out who brought out samples and measurements. However when someone came out to install the blinds, they didn't have all the parts or all the tools. He apologized and said that it usually wasn't the case. However working with a company for the first time, it really wasn't the best showing. The finished product is in good working order.

I thought they were excellent. Their service was outstanding. Their price was competitive, if not better then other companies. Installation was a breeze and they were clean. The promptness of everyone was appreciated.

We loved the flexibility, quality, and price of their service. They responded quickly to come out and give an estimate for wood blinds for our whole house. They came out on weekends and evenings...whatever fit our busy schedule. Jerry was so good at determining what are needs were. He was so helpful in helping us decide on different options for each room. He is very detail oriented and is so careful in everything he does. Even before our blinds came in, Jerry came back to install temporary paper blinds in some parts of our house for free. He gave us the best price out of 3 estimates from top rated Angies list vendors. Installation was amazing. Two men only took 3 hrs to install 30+ windows worth of blinds, and they even helped me install 2 shower curtain rods because they are SO SO SO nice to their customers. We are planning to use them again for drapes and other curtains!!!

The owner Jerry came out to measure and show a couple of options. Shutters came in 2 weeks and installation was scheduled. The installer was excellent and workmanship was top notch. I have worked with owners, Pat and Jerry, in the past for window treatments and cleaning. They are good people to work with and I would highly recommend them.

We elected to wait on the installation of new window treatments until we have some window repair done. But judging from Jerry's professionalism in giving us an estimate and explaining all our options, I won't hesitate to call Abda when I'm ready to move forward.

Overall, went fine. I would have thought the cost would be covered by warranty, but it wasn't. However, the price was fair for his time.

They did a good job. When the shutters were delivered two times, they were the wrong shutters, the owner took care of them each time. The quality of work was also really good.

Very nice people. Came very prepared, able to answer many questions during the estimate phase. The job was scheduled after a reasonable amount of time. When the installer came to the door that morning he said "You know that not everything is here. One blind is on back-order." I didn't know, and wouldn't have taken time off of work until this could be completed all at once. I called the company and the owner's wife apologized, saying she assumed I would want to get some of it installed. The installation went OK, but I noticed the headers for the vertical blinds that were to be inside mounted were sticking out really far. The sides of the headers weren't finished and were clearly visible. I called and talked to the owner and he said he would look at it when the back-ordered blind came in. The owner came to install the back-ordered blind and examined the headers I wasn't satisfied with. He said that this was the way this company makes their brackets and that this was the first time he had done an inside mount with this particular company. He offered to take the header and bracket to his shop to make it better, but he said he couldn't guarantee the header would ever be flush inside the window. I declined the offer because I was afraid it would only get worse. It's really disappointing that I paid this much money for a product that isn't done properly. The owner recommended a product he wasn't familiar with and I paid the price.

Jerry arrived promptly at our home to provide the estimate. He offered helpful suggestions, placed the order, and three weeks later the blinds were installed. They look terrific.

The owner Jerry came out and was very professional. I would definitely use Abda again. Jerry was extremely helpful in assisting me in picking out affordable options for blinds I was looking to replace. Jerry never tried to sell me something I did not need. Very honest. The blind installing team was right on time and had the job done in about (1) hour. The team cleaned up everything! I highly recommend Abda!
