They wanted to charge him over $300 for tie rod & four wheel alignment. If it was missing a tie rod, how could he drive it. He just had 4 new tires put on elsewhere & had front end work done over this last weekend. He went back to the guy that did his front end work who verified everything was done correctly & no tie rods were missing. He next took his car to MY mechanic who told him the same thing. I had used Veldman's several times before for alignments on my other vehicles, but NEVER AGAIN!
