On time, very professional and knowledgeable but very expensive for 30 minutes without replacing anything.

The service is prompt. As soon as the appointment was made I had an email confirmation. Also, the photo and bio of the technician was attached which made me feel secure. The technician was courteous and professional.

;KATHRYN AND MIKE CAME OUT (CAN'T REMEMBER IF IT WAS) THE SAME DAY OR NEXT DAY OF MY PHONE CALL FOR AN ESTIMATE. THEY BEAT EVERYONE ELSE'S PRICE. THEY WERE NOT HIGH PRESSURE BUT VERY FRIENDLY, INFORMATIVE AND PROFESSIONAL. IT WAS NOT A STANDARD SIZE DOOR SO IT HAD TO BE SPECIAL ORDERED. MY INSTILLATION DATE WAS FOR THE FOLLOWING FRIDAY BUT THEY WERE ABLE TO INSTALL IT 2 DAYS SOONER! ANDY, MATTHEW AND AJ WERE THE YOUNG MEN THAT INSTALLED IT AND AGAIN WERE PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL, COMPETENT, EFFICIENT AND VERY FRIENDLY.

They were really awful. They overcharged me on the parts. Later on I found out from some people that their prices were way too high. The labor was also high. They oversold on certain things on the garage door that I didn't need at that time. I just wanted it in tiptop shape because we use it a lot. Plus after they fixed it, it came off the track 2 weeks later. I called them, they came back right away and tried to fix it again. I was not happy with them. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody. The company is also referred to as PDS Precision Door Services.

Spent about 30 min. Did a good job, but the bill was over $300, which is ridiculous. I want good service but not to be gouged.
