We are very happy with the results! We priced quartz at several different providers. Lowe's had a sale price on a higher quality quartz that we liked. We took our preliminary measurements in to the kitchen specialist, and figured out all the costs in advance. The kitchen specialist told us that we would be contacted by a company that would make a template; the company contacted us within 2 days of our order, to set up a mutually convenient time for measuring. After about two weeks, the countertops were manufactured. Then we made arrangements for installation during week #3 or #4. That is exactly how things worked out! We also arranged for the plumber to disassemble and reassemble our plumbing. I would recommend this because it could turn out to be more intricate plumbing issues than expected. The plumber came out the morning of our installation, and returned 48 hours later to hook everything back up. The granite installers did an awesome job; they were on time, professional, hard working, informative, and polite. They worked non-stop for 4 1/2 hours, tearing out our old countertops, and installing our new ones.

There were only two minor problems we experienced. The first was that there was not a "kitchen specialist" available on two occasions when we went to the store to order our kitchen. I would recommend making an appointment in advance. The second was that the Lowe's installation department did not seem to know what final appointment arrangements we had with the countertop manufacturer or the plumber. I called them, just to make sure we had everything squared away.

Overall, Lowe's did a great job; the price was fair, it was adequately coordinated, and the best thing is that they warranty their work.

Although Lowes subcontracts services for installation they did it for free as they do every year. Not the first time I have had this done and will do it again. Quick, courteous and efficient. Went the extra mile to be sure I was satisfied.

Once they got there it was fine but we were headed out of town the next day. They arrived to late.

Everything that I have dealt with them has been good. The cost of the service was somewhere between $600 and $700. I bought a new door and then they took one of my existing doors and turned it so that it would swing the other way. The experience turned out really well and I wish that I would have swung the other door the other way years ago. I also desperately needed a new exterior door because my other one was not closing. They did a nice and wonderful work. They were very pleasant while they were here and they did what they said that they were going to do. They also did a wonderful job in the store helping me out there finding the things that I needed. So, if you are not 100% sure what you are doing or what you need to do, they will help you out. They did a great job. There was one little thing that they told me that they could not do anyway but I wish that they could figure out a way to do that.

The installation was good. That was my only concern, if it was a little more excess, I would accept it. They were adequate. I could say that they have to be mindful of the quantity that is quoted.

At the time of the installation of the counter top, the kitchen was completely torn apart. We were waiting for that moment to install the counter top and Lowe's were told that the counter top wasn't available anymore. The total scheme of the kitchen was built around that counter top. The counter top material actually comes from Spain but they couldn't get it from Spain and then they found a piece in Canada. All these had been carefully choreographed because I was leaving the country for 6 weeks. Instead of having everything done by the time I left, the kitchen counter was completely demolished so my wife spent 3 weeks with no kitchen counter tops, no sink, and no dishwasher. They continued to delay and continued to have problems with it. It was finally installed after a major flare-up between the installer and our contractor. Lowe's is very low on my appreciation list right now. We'd never go back to Lowe's for anything significant like that again.

Removed old carpet in living room, stairs and up stair hallway. Installed new padding and carpet in all three, very prompt, clean, done in no time at all. The 3 guys very nice and professional.

We went to Lowe's to get a good selection, and, as they are a major store, we thought they would have the best installation available. After we choose our flooring, the installer contracted by Lowe's to do the installation came out to take measurements of our home in order that Lowe's could give us a final price. The woman who came out was friendly enough, however she strongly objected to tiling under the dishwasher, saying that this would only cause us problems in future. When told that I had been warned by many contractors to make certain to do this as it would otherwise cause a leveling and water dam problem if the machine leaked, she said they must not be flooring contractors.
The measurements done, the project paid for, and the installation scheduled, the first step was the tile. The contractor sent one man out to do the tile. He arrived at approx.

Price wise, they are great. I think anyone that knows about Lowe's knows that they have just about everything you need and the prices are real competitive. The people in the store are very helpful. We are there all the time.

I have nothing good to say about them. I started last July and it ended up being a 6-month project. My primary complaint is, they never came to my house to measure and as a result, they ended up installing a dishwasher that I could open maybe 12 inches, it bumped up against the stove, so I couldn't open the door all the way. They ended up having to reinstall the countertop and a sink base. I ended up with 17 pages of notes from contacts with them. I ended up getting nowhere; it was only because they had a really nice installer who actually subcontracted with Lowe's and went to the store manager on my behalf. I had them just once; they got their money and then they didn't seem to care. I like my cabinet but the overall experience I'd have to say is an F. The price was pretty average and their punctuality was good. Their quality of work was horrible. I would never use them again.

They put carpeting in the family room and torn up the paneling. Then they put the sink in and that was a mess, I was supposed to have a faucet and a new sink but they bring a garbage disposal. Nothing went well. I didn't like the floor they installed. They didn't seem to know what they were doing.
