Mortgage Companies
Obtained a refinance for car loan. Rates were lower than original loan. All they have to sell is service and I feel this branch is not hitting the bar. We made 3 trips in order to complete the process. Upon entering the branch each time, we were not greeted.we approached each cubical and no one made eye contact. We waited at least 10 minutes each time for service. There were tellers who could see us as well as several employees who walked past us without greeting or trying to make sure we were in the right section. During our last visit, we clearly heard the conversation between a loan office and a customer who was apparently in default, including her name and the details of the issue. Surely this is better done in private.
Our first encounter with this bank was at another branch and was very positive, but the Grape Road branch certainly hasn't met our expectations.
