We love Janssen! We have been taking our dog Griffey there since the beginning of Covid. That are very friendly and take great care of our pup. Will continue to use them and highly recommend!

Wonderful. We Love Janssen Vet!

I have used them in the past and been disappointed with price and customer service, but the care was at least ok. This time I got rude service, a high price, and subpar veterinary care. I will not be using them again.

They are really friendly. They really like my dogs. I just really like them. We had went to a big name veterinarian hospital here locally before and they always did the most drastic expensive thing first when something was wrong with my dog. Like when my lab she gets urinary tract infections they would put her on the most expense antibiotic and some other pill that cost me a fortune and then 2 weeks later had to take her back and they would put her on another expensive one. That was the last time so someone told me about Janssen. I took here there and she had another urinary tract infection in October and he put her on cipro which is a $12 antibiotic and said 99% of the time this works and if it doesn't we will try something else. It is not just about money but they are just practical and I felt the other place was just selling me stuff all the time and always doing the most expensive thing with my dogs and not always the best for them. I like them because they are practical, honest and explain everything that is going on with your animal and they just don't write you a million dollar prescription. I would give them an A+ for the price. I do compare their fees like the cost of rabies shot are very good compared to other vets around here.

They did spring vaccinations for my horse and pulled coggins, the price was average for what was done. The veterinary care was fine, they were friendly and answered questions. My problem came up when I tried to get my coggins several months later. The office staff was very snippy with me and acted very put upon to have to email me the information I had already paid for.
I would use them again if I was at a barn where they did the vaccines, or was in a pinch. The vet care is fine, but there's another vet just down the road who's work is just as good and doesn't get short when I try to get my paperwork. Customer service matters.

Dr. Sam Stanley was fabulous! He is knowledgeable and he shows a real interest in our dog. He called me to follow up and seems truly concerned. Jenna was wonderful to our dog - kind and caring. The place is very clean and the staff is warm and welcoming.

Our dog had become so lethargic and grumpy that the vet thought she might be in more pain than just a slight limp. After X-rays showed an inflamed elbow joint we tried several meds before we found the right one for the dog. It's unusual for a 5 year old dog to show arthritis, but we were able to comfort our large dog thanks to the patience and persistence of the veterinarians. She is now 7 , happy and active. Janssen Vets also encouraged us to switch to "grain-free" dog food in order to eliminate ear infections and skin allergies in this Airedale. This has been a dramatic influence on the dogs health. I highly recommend "grain-free" food and treats.

We've been using them for 6 months. Our dog is 4 years past their normal age. They are wonderful. They were even willing to meet us on a Sunday if we had to bring him back.

I cannot say enough nice things about them. Like any other veterinarian, they too have a special quality about them. They charged $35 for doing an exam for my horse, and I think it was fair. They are outstanding professionals. I will use them again in the future.

I bet I drive past a dozen other vet offices to go there. Its worth the drive. Knowledgeable staff, beautiful setting, family atmosphere.

I have always found and continue to find the staff to be caring, personable, and supportive.

I have been taking my dog to JANSSEN VETERINARY CLINIC for around 5 years now. I have no complaints about the vet clinic, staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I have an older dog and they take really good care of her. Great place!

I have used vets that try to sell you on every test for your pet. Jannsen vets are not like that at all. They assessed our situations and offered their advice. We have one cat that had a urniary infection. Instead of running a bunch of tests on her, they had me bring in a sample of her urine and gave her some antibiotics. She is doing very well. They helped us through the last months of one of out other cat's life. Their care and understanding was such a blessing to us. They truely care about you and your pet.

They are very knowledgeable and they do a good job taking care of my dogs.
