The customer scheduled the installation of a new Mini Track screen reinforcement system, with the service set for April 2, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. This appointment was confirmed via text message on March 28, 2025. However, the contractor did not show up on the scheduled date and has not communicated with the customer since the confirmation. The customer has been unable to reach the contractor since March 28th.
