This company is not responsive to clients and/or potential clients. They do not honor commitments or timelines. The do not treat clients with respect.
Description of Work: I have contacted this company for work to be performed seven times since June. I have spoken with the manager who was nice over the phone. He forwarded my number to a designer at the company to address my issues. The designer called me back and I asked for him to come onsite and review the plan. He agreed and said he would get back with me for a date over the next coupld days and never did. I then left three seperate messages for him over a two month period. When he called back he said that they could get to me in mid November. I agreed. I contacted him three times over the past two weeks and finally reached him today, Oct. 26th. I have now been informed that it would be mid February or later before they could look at my project. I have waisted four months and time waiting for this company to be responsive, return phone calls and inquires, and look at a project only to be told to wait an additional four months and they may get to the project they said they would look at in June.
