We have had many, many problems with the line. I have spend countless hours on the phone with tech support. I have to beg them to send out a repairman. I have resorted to going to the local office for help. The phone number for service will not connect you to the local office. If I had any other option I would ditch this company. We have them for phone service also and our phone conversations are constantly interrupted by static. Poor Company! The local repair tech are professional and really try to help.

Overall, we were pleased with the response we had from the company. It took a few calls, visits to correct the problem, but they were always very willing to come out and work on it, answer questions and try to find the problem. Very professional and courteous.
Description of Work: We were having problems with our DSL not working; slow connection or no connectivity. Company rep was out a couple of times to try and correct the problem. We were finally told that we had a bad router; it was replaced and we've had no problems since.
