They tore out the concrete and then charged extra for refilling the concrete.

It was really a great experience. Elvin was the only one to reply to my initial inquiry. We agreed on a time for him to inspect and bid the job and he showed up exactly at the scheduled time. I wanted a quote on installing a trap in a concrete floor but when Elvin started looking at the project he informed me there was already a trap there. He told me I was all set and could continue with my project.
I can't begin to express how much I appreciate his honesty. For all I knew, I needed a lot of costly work done but he told me no, I didn't.
I for sure will be calling Elvin for any other future plumbing work I need done.

Plumbers came out on a saturday afternoon and had the problem diagnosed and resolved quickly. They were courteous and I would use them again. I had contacted another local plumber the day before to explain the issue and he said perhaps I needed a dishwasher repair service call and he couldn't come until until Tuesday at the earliest.

Plugged the sump pump which I thought didn't worked. It went great. He didn't charge me anything. He will be doing a lot of jobs for me in the future. Thanks

They came out to fix an emergency plumbing issue while I was at work. He did exactly what I asked him to do, without trying to upsell me, and without offering to replace piping that functions correctly.
