I wasted my time because a salesman earlier told me that I would get a free phone.

The service was amazing!! This is the best customer service I have ever received. I have been a long time Sprint customer and this validates that I have made the right decision. Not only did they assist me way past closing time, I was also given multiple, multiple discounts and opportunities for rebates. I recommend Sprint, and this store in Greenwood in particular, to everyone!!

The people at the Plainfield, IN store are very rude. I went in there on 10/28. My daughter and I already have phone through them. I was going to purchase another phone and add another line. Every time I go into the store I can't get anyone to wait on me. They are too busy talking about other things and they don't care about their customers. They have another store across from the Meijer and they are pleasant. I called Sprint to complain. I talked to a man named Gabriel at the customer service office. He said he would call the store and to see what is going on. At first they wouldn't answer the phone for him, but eventually he got through. They reps that work there said that they don't have a manager. He asked me who was running the store; how would I know? He should know that. Gabriel said he would get back to me after he calls the store the next day. He even called me later that night to express his apology and let me know that I matter to them. He said he would get back to me, but he never has. The store reps are rude and the customer service doesn't get back to you. It seems very unprofessional to me. I'm just very disappointed with the service.
