They're all great. The staff is always friendly. They're great at explaining things and making sure we do what's best for my new kitten. The front office always seems busy and it usually takes a while to get checked in or out, but they're great!

Overall everyone here is very friendly. If we've ever had any issues we've been able to call and get it taken care of right away. On this particular visit, they asked if I wanted to be with her when she got the shots, or if they should take her in back. Since I can't stand shots I asked them to take her in back. They are very helpful an accommodating... when they are familiar with the subject. There have been things we've asked about where I've not been happy with the answers, and there have been things overlooked that I felt were fairly major.
As I said, though, if that ever happens, I generally just call in and speak with a different vet and things get taken care of.
Their monthly program isn't too expensive if you just have 1 or 2 pets, but with 6, it's slightly outrageous. This has nothing to do with this particular branch, however, it is something they push, and I've thought of looking at other vets just to see how they compare in pricing overall.

I don't have any complaints about them. I can't really say in detail because I didn't interact with them myself. I just know that it must have been a pleasant experience because whenever it's not a pleasant experience for me or my partner, I ended up being the one that handles it and I don't remember doing a significant memorable experience.

We are the members and bought the insurance. They seemed to care about the dog. We questioned the prices as they were pricey. We pay a monthly fee and we pay for each exam. They are going to be high-pressured to encourage one to buy the insurance and they are overpriced. We paid $500 for that visit plus we paid the monthly fee.

They provide great service. They have ver reasonable pricing. They don't over-prescribe or over-treat. Many veterinarians over-treat.

The estimate on the telephone was $145 when I asked for yearly shots and exam. The estimate when I got there was over $250. Apparently the gal on the phone left out several items. I took last years bill with me from another vet, and without the Wellness Plan Banfield encourages, each item is more expensive there than at my old vets. The vet was fine. She explains items well, and I have no reason to say anything negative about the animal care there. It took 55 minutes to see the vet after the appointment time, and it took 35 minutes to check my dog out at the end of they day ( due to sedative, I had to leave the dog at the vets). Although I will be going back to this vet, I will be looking for a vet office that will be more accurate with costs and will waste less of my time.
