The appointment scheduling and drop off went very well. The service writer was Greg, and he listened to my instructions and treated me in a very professional manor. I was calld within the next two hours by Greg to inform me the problems with the window was located, but the cost would be close to a grand. Based on the age of the vehicle, he recommended that it wasn't economical to fix the window, and I agreed. The other services were preformed, and the vehicle was ready before close of business.
My only complaint was with the dealership I previously used would provide me with a checklist of all the items serviced, fluids topped off and areas of concern. Greg let me know over the phone that my cars rear brakes needed serviced, and a gas shock was starting to leak. I would rather have the hard copy so I would have something more than my questionable memory as a record.
Price was about the same as the other place I used to take my car to, and that is why I graded it "C".

I brought the car in due to an intermittent rough start that would happen. They found the leak that apparently is a common problem on aluminum manifolds right away. They completed the job same day, and the problem was fixed. Unfortunetly the car was totaled three monthes later:( I always used them for oil changes and service and felt very comfortable being a female and using them for service. They never spoke down to me, and I really appreciate that.

They have always been professional. My husband always did the car upkeeping, and as he has passed away they have been taking great care of me. They told me everything they suggested for me to do with car. I feel good about using them since this has not always been my responsibly. They have very reasonable pricing. They were done within 45 minutes.

I thank God for the salesman. His name is Ben Tinnon. Ben was very upset, and his hands were really tied as to what he could do, because as I stated this was an "as is " sale. Ben ended up getting the repairs done at no cost to me, and he came out of his own pocket with $200 to help pay for the repair of the wheel barrings. My daughter has been driving her new car and it is running well. Ben Tinnon should really be rewarded in some kind of way because he really did save Andy Mohr on this one. I will purchase my next car from Ben, he is the example of really caring for the customer.Ben also was in constant contact with me during this whole ordeal.

My experience was great. My father and brother are both very good mechanics, but they do not live very close. I am always skeptical when taking my vehicle somewhere. After searching Angie's List, I decided to call this location. Jason was the one who was in charge of my account. He was outstanding. Its always nerve racking taking a high mileage vehicle to the dealership because of all the small things that could be replaced. Jason took the time to explain everything to me and let me know what issues to address first. I was very happy with the transaction. My anxiety is much less after speaking with Jason. He actually ended up performing a couple services I originally did not intend of having them do, but decided to anyways because of the customer service. I now know what is wrong with my vehicle and where to take it if I need assistance in fixing it. Ask for Jason and you will receive great customer service.

My husband keeps going back. So as far as I know, if he had any problems, he would not keep going back. And he usually has a coupon. I assume he was satisfied with their services. I think it's all too expensive though.

We took it to Andy Mohr Chevrolet in Plainfield, IN and explained the problem. There was a miscommunication problem at first but I spoke with Chad Burgess (Assistant Service Manager) and he took care of the problem immediately. He explained everything to us, was very understanding, and provided us with a rental car until our vehicle could be repaired. He thought it may take until the end of the week but we got a call 2 days later that it was done! I really want to applaud Chad for making sure we had a great experience with them. We will definitely be back for all of our service needs! Thank you, Chad!

Good sales person, was helpful, price and selection was very good. BEWARE of the Window Etching Scam, they will not point it out, but it is included in your final paperwork, $299. This is the SEC that they will pen on anything they can get you to sign prior to paying. They will do everything they can to force this on you. Not sure why they look to pull this at the very end of a deal, everything else went great and was happy until the last 10 min of the process.

Said it would definately fix the problem. Warranty for 24 mo. It did for a few days. Took it back 2-17-2011. Now said it was a body control problem and it would cost $400 +.

I have not had any trouble with it. The work that I had done was under warranty. They had lent me to use a car for no charge for the two days, when my car was in. They referred me over to an enterprise, and they had it set up for me. They wanted me to take it back, so I took it back to the dealer. Then they took care of the car. I had a six years loan.

Since there are no Buick dealers on the west side of Indianapolis any longer they are authorized to do warranty work fro Buick. We are pleased with their attention, price and the quality of their work.
