MAC KENZIE WINDOW

Provider recommended by parents and neighbor, after work done 10 years prior.  Provider cut open bay window frame, in order to fit custom window, and repaired the work with a piece of raw 2 x 4 and caulk, over the spot where the frame was cut.  Window must now be pushed closed from the outside, when wooden frame expands, in cold weather.  Most of 10 window sills gouged to get existing windows out.  Gaping holes closed with caulk.  Screen on front door had spring-loaded divider.  This divider popped out on day 3, causing holes on either side of screen.  Contacted installer, who said he'd call his company and get back to me.  Never heard back.  Called installer 18 months ago.  Installer stated that travelling to Greenwood, from Paoli, was a long distance, and suggested I have a local hardware store "slide a new screen in" for me, then cursed at me and told me he'd get back to me when he had time, regarding the bay window.  Have not heard anything from either company or installer, since then.
