Techs and office staff are great! They can always get out for emergency service when needed. Our old company had us on a long wait list. Four Winds had us fixed the next morning. They installed a new furnace, a mini split, and they do all of our repairs. Very happy with them!

I have used this company for several different things. This time it was to replace some duct work in my house. Originally they were supposed to replace the chimney liner but when they got inside they realized a bird nest was just causing condensation to run on the outside of my pipe and my liner was actually good. They answered all of my questions and took care of the chimney so that the bird could no longer make a nest. They closed off some of the air gaps in my basement as well. They are always on time and very professional. The woman that does the scheduling is very kind and has great follow through. They always call when they will be late or early. I use them for all of my furnace and air conditioning cleaning as well.

The system works very well. They were on time and they are service oriented. We have also had them on late evenings.

Everything went great. We have no complaints whatsoever. Their service is good and we have never had any problems with the technicians that come out. They've always been helpful and courteous. I feel like they're not trying to create work for themselves, I think they're trying to serve the customer, which is much appreciated.

From start to finish, Four Winds was fantastic. We bought an older house (1929) in South Bend that needed some significant work done to both the heating and air conditioning systems. Todd and Mike spent about 2 hours looking at the system -- evaluating what we needed (and more importantly what we didnt need). They provided me a VERY fair estimate for the work as well as a prompt schedule to get it accomplished. Once I agreed to the work, the teams showed up on time and were extremely courteous and professional. They finished the work in the time they promised and went the extra distance to ensure we were happy with the system before they left (or took a payment). The most important thing is that the house is now warm throughout and much more comfortable than it was a few weeks ago. I will definitely use them again.

They were prompt, professional ~ including putting on the carpet-saving booties without me even having to ask! ~ and I will be hiring them to prep them for the season well before the warm weather arrives next year!

Turned on our A/C yesterday and fan kicked in but no cold air. We looked around and found ice forming on the lines running directly into the A/C unit outside. I thought it was most likely one of two things, bad filters or a freon leak, it was a freon leak. The gentleman came out on time and was able to repair the leak and recharge the freon (about 3 lbs.) in about an hour. We are very pleased and happy to have the A/C back. We were also happy with the price for the service.

They were very helpful in explaining my options regarding efficiency, as well as explaining the current incentives available and how long it would take me to recoup my investment. Very polite and helpful!

Very professional estimate. Spent the most time asking questions, taking measurements, and very thorough. While I believe they would have done a great job, they were also the most expensive. Would call them again, but selected furnace contractor who had been providing service on existing furnace.

I received 2 quotes to replace our 15 year-old furnace and air conditioner. Four Winds was significantly less expensive. The salesperson was knowledgeable, explained all the options but was not pushy. The installers were outstanding, did a very neat installation and stayed late until all the work was complete, in one day.

I am quite satisfied with them. They were fine. I don't remember how much they charged us, but it was reasonable. They were punctual and professional.
