The father and son combo were great. Very prompt, easy to communicate with, and genuinely good, honest people. The work was excellent and the price was as quoted and reasonable.

They called before arriving and were here early.? They looked at all the items on our list that we wanted to talk about, including replacing water shut offs, future bathroom remodels,? and our immediate concerns of fixing a toilet and the leaking pipe. The leaking pipe has been fixed and the toilet was reseated with a new flapper installed.? Information regarding the best way to handle future items we need to address was given.? We are very pleased and plan on calling them for future work.

Don Jr. answered the phone immediately, told me he could schedule me on Tuesday, Dec. 2nd and showed up promptly. He was very professional and fixed the drain, and pipe. He had to go and buy the right part in Granger.  We realized after he left that there might not be enough room to put the sheet rock back up on the ceiling and called him.  He came right back the next morning and fixed it!. I would absolutely recommend Don Sr. and Don Jr. for any kind of plumbing job.  They are outstanding and very reasonable. I am thrilled with the job Don Jr. did and will definitely call again if we have any problems with plumbing.

o Don Jr. arrived around 11:00 a.m. to install a pvc trap for our washer.  After our utility room remodel the trap was leaking.  When new utility tub was installed Don Jr installed drain from washer to utility tub.  I said I would really like it drain through original trap behind washer.  He called 11/6 & said he would install a new pvc trap to drain as before.  All went well, very pleased with Don's Plumbing.

Don Jr was here by 8:30 a.m., 11/5 to complete installation in 1/2 bath of toilet, vanity hook up & new faucets.  He, also installed new utility tub in utility room & faucet.

He arrived on time & we reviewed all work to be done & he started with main water shut off valve, then he continued with all other shut off valves & outside faucet.  In order to work on shut off valve & outside faucet he had to climb down into our crawl space, he worked without complaint & just kept on going.  He cleaned up after each project.  He was courteous & a great plumber. We will definitely call Don's Plumbing next time we need a plumber.  A word to the wise they are very busy & usually need a 2 week window.  Don's, son Don did our work.

Upon returning home from an extended vacation we noticed that we had a lead in the elbow under the sink.  On April 20th I called

Don's Plumbing and left a message for a call back.  Don, Sr. returned my call that same day and was able to come out the same day.  He reviewed the work that needed to be done and quoted me a price of $200 which I thought was fair.  He said due to his schedule he could not complete the work right away.  Since we could still us the sink without any problems we agreed to delay the repairs.  Don was very professional and friendly. 

We subsequently called him to get a quote for installing new shut off valves and was quoted $30 for both with no labor charge.

We scheduled a date of May 1 for the work to be done.  On that date Don Jr. showed up and did the job, spending a little over an hour to complete.  Jr. is a very pleasant person also.  He did a great job and we are happy with the work.  We have additional work which we will be doing with Don in the future.

Don was willing to come out and speak with me and work with my home warranty company when other companies weren't. He showed up promptly, spoke with my home warranty company, and got right to work. I thought I had a slow draining sink issue, but he showed me exactly why it was draining slowly, and what I needed to do instead. In addition to fixing my toilet issues, he also added some caulk to my bathroom sink to affix it to the cabinet while he was here. 
Don was very nice and professional, and I am happy with his service. I will definitely call him again for any future issues requiring a plumber.

Showed up as scheduled. Performed all work that was quoted and took care of the plumbing inspection. They were very thorough and took their time.
