I had wood rot on two windows that required a frame replacement. While it took a couple of weeks to get everything set up (inspect, mill wood, actually install), they showed up right on time and were finished within two hours. The windows look great and they guaranteed them for ten years.

We had Window Makeover replace windows in the fall, then this spring we finished the replacement of the rest of the windows in our house. The workmen were on time. Very professional in attitude and quality of work. When we decide to replace the windows on our front porch we will definitely have Window Makeover return. Have been very pleased with the quality of the windows. No drafts during this past winter!
In total there were quite a number of windows to replace. Five were original to our 1920's house. Three of the original windows were close to 6 ft tall. Excellent workmanship.

Outstanding work! Would absolutely highly recommend Dave the technician who handled the job. Very good at what he does with Window Makeover. Handles his work as if it's his own window he's repairing. Everything is handled very cleanly and quite accurately. No hitches whatsoever. First class tech with great people skills. It was a real pleasure to have Dave the technician from Window Makeover in our home.

We were pretty happy with the people that did it. The best thing I like about them was that they do a good job and they seem like at any time we had a question about anything we were able to get hold of them and they came out and took care of it. It was a good price because we had checked one or two other places and so they did a much better job on price and they did a better job on the amount of time because the other people were telling us that they did not know how long it was going to take. The times we called them they were pretty responsive.

I called a few places for a quote on window repair. This was the only company that took two weeks to call me back. I had already gone with another company by that time. I cannot comment on their work but I was disappointed it took so long just to give me a call back.

Everything occurred as explained over the phone. Quote was quick, concise, and reasonable. Windows were ordered and they installed them by date needed. There were a few issues with product shipped from mill. The onsite team did a great job rectifying the issues. Raymond, Dave C., Kevin and the other guys (I don't recall their names but they deserve mention) did a fantastic job on the install as well as addressing the issues and representing their company. These employees took the potentially negative items and turned everything into a truly positive experience. They kept this customer happy and loyal. Will be calling in spring for another walkthrough to assess future needs. This team is great! Craig and Dave, please pass my words of thanks on to all the guys who came to our house and made this a great experience. Your service is a valuable and cost effective solution! Thanks again!

Window Makeover had great customer service and a competitive price. The windows look great so far and also have a 10 year warranty. Installation only took one day and the workers did a nice job, causing no work for the customer. Dave Custer and Kevin Howard were the tech's and did a wonderful job.

Quality work at a fair price. Window Makeover replaced defective jamb-liners on 22 double hung windows. We are very pleased with the outcome.The work was done in a timely manner with minimal disruption in our home. Kevin, the primary installer was outstanding.

The window originally installed had rot damage. Dave Custer from Window makeover rebuilt the window frame and substantially less cost than replacing the whole window with a new one.. He did an excellent job. The company always has. This is not the first one that has had to be replaced.
