They arrived next day - found a simple problem in the tub, fixed it right away. Great

I called with a relatively routine garbage disposal installation and new piping after a sink install. They came out in under 4 hours - unreal. No extra charges or anything. Nate and Trevor were very friendly and professional. They were upfront with an estimate right away, got to work, did a perfect job, cleaned up, and then charged me less than the estimate. It doesn’t get any better than this. Will be back!

I had contracted Thornton Plumbing to fix a leak from my master shower on my 2nd floor. They were about 1.5 hours late from their stated time of arrival, which is not a huge deal, but you might just want to give a time range of arrival vs. a specific time. Where the water was leaking from they cut a whole in the ceiling, which I approved so they could inspect the drain from below. The result of this was that the plumbing "looked okay" and that the shower pan was not properly lined and likely the shower grout was deteriorating and causing the leak. So not a concrete answer on what the issue is; but that I'd need to call someone else. The service call was $65 dollars, which is reasonable, but to cut a whole in my ceiling (5 minutes of work) made my bill $189 dollars for no fix and possibly an explanation to my problem. To make matters worse when they cut the hole int he ceiling they didn't properly score the wall drywall between the ceiling and the wall, which caused a rip in the wall paper part of the dry wall, which was unnecessary causing me more work and money. I addressed the plumber that the price seemed crazy high for what little work was done and he said that what the price and to call the main office, which i did and they informed me that if you bring a latter or toolbox in a house and nothing is done its still $189 and there was no comment or apology for the unnecessary damage to my wall paper. I'm summary, they were about 1.5 hours late, the services rendered for the price are way off, they caused damage to my property that could have been prevented, and their management just doesn't care about you and only cares about their profits.

They are amazing, I highly recommend them! My old water heating system was a hot mess of bandaided solutions that didnt work. I had called 2 other places and as a single woman, the quotes and explanations that were given felt like they were trying to take advantage of the situation. I loved that a knowledgable person answered the phone and knew exactly what I needed. When they came out they offered a fair and lower price than their competitors. They were on time (even early) to our appointment. The installation looks picture perfect incredible! They walked me through how each part worked together and how to help this setup last through and after the warranty. The smart water softner will make it easy for this girl to keep it working. And finally the long hot shower showed me exactly what I was missing and what a difference a professional makes. I cant thank them enough!

There were three crew members that showed up on this job, Trevor, Zack and Aaron. All good guys and did a nice clean job. They knew what they were doing and this gave us a good finished job when completed. This job took 1.5 - 2 hours and we provided the gas hook-up and faucet, so most of the $450 expense was labor. Although I would recommend and have them back, I feel the cost was excessive.

It was $89 for a comprehensive plumbing inspection. I would use them again.

They were very professional and helpful. They were able to answer my questions and help me understand my options. Came out the next day and fixed everything that I need.

Quick, affordable!

You don't get responsiveness and punctuality like this 99% of places you go to. Always quick to take your call and then give you a story about how it takes time to get things etc and then reschedule to get it done. Not this group. First class all the way.

They were very nice, and professional. They were also very easy to talk to, and were very friendly. I thought the price was a little high, but they did a good job. They cleaned up after themselves as well. They did come out promptly too.

Came out quickly during heavy rains when sump pump was acting up. Had materials with them and were in and out quickly. Their prices were in line with average rates I saw online.

Went ok, but felt I was overcharged for several things and found out by accident one of the bolts was not tightened as it should have been and when bumped it leaked.

They arrive within 2 days after calling, and they always go out of their way to make sure you're happy with what they're doing! They do a great job.

They were very responsive and willing to work through some very odd city government and neighborhood covenant issues, all w/o any additional fees charged.

Everything went really well. They actually had to end up doing some major repairs, but ended up fixing the problem. I've used this company in the past and had such a great experience, I decided to use them again. They are close by, and definitely reliable.
