We called Scott when we discovered our water heater was leaking. They came within an hour and replaced the unit. Upon examining the heater they determined it was under warranty, which we were not aware of. This saved us all but $100. Of course, we had to pay labor. We have used them many times over 20 years and have always found them to be fair and prompt.

I think they did good with everything. The only problem is I think that the water heater is too small for our home and we do run out of hot water on occasion.

They arrived promptly in their business truck, clean and professional looking. Tested for leaky shower with one person in the shower running water, while the other man held a bucket in the dining room waiting for the leak. No leak. They told us they'd like to go forward with Phase 1: clean, replace and seal the drain, along with other plumbed areas of the shower. Then if they didn't here from us after a week of using the shower, they'd send us a bill. NO LEAKS! Hooray! We received our bill a week later and felt the price was well worth their labor and professionalism.

Scott's showed up and started work immediately. They cleaned the furnace and installed the thermostat in a quick way. After doing all the work they went through how to use the new thermostat and described what they did to the furnace.

They were great. They were on time, very responsive and got it right the the first time. We had no problems at all.

After fixing the machine it shimmied and the clip came off sending water all over my kitchen, in the basement and everywhere. They came out and repaired it. We ended up needing a whole kitchen floor which they paid for no questions asked. This all happened on memorial day weekend. The repairman even owned up to what he did incorrectly that caused the accident.

THE REPAIR APPEARS TO BE COMPLETED SUCCESSFULLY. HOWEVER, HE DIDN'T HAVE THE PART ON THE FIRST TRIP AND THEN CHARGED ME AN ADDITIONAL $80 FOR THE RETURN TRIP TO COMPLETE THE REPAIR. WHEN I CALLED TO QUESTION WHY I HAD TO PAY FOR 2 SERVICE CALLS I WAS TOLD IT WAS BECAUSE IT WAS A DIFFICULT PART TO FIND.

THEY ARE RELIABLE AND THEY COME RIGHT BACK OUT IF THERE ARE ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE WORK. ONE TIME, THEY WERE WORKING ON ONE OF OUR TOILETS AND ONE OF THEIR GUYS BROKE IT, AND THEY REPLACED THE TOILET AT NO CHARGE. THEY ARE VERY HONEST AND DEPENDABLE.

HAVE USED SEVERAL TIMES IN THE PAST. THE PRESSURE TANK WAS UNDER WARRANTY. THEY ARE GOOD, FRIENDLY PEOPLE.

THEY CORRECTED THE PROBLEM BUT WERE NOT VERY PLEASANT.

THEY SENT TWO GUYS, AND IT HASN'T LEAKED!

THE OWNER CAME OUT TO DO THE WORK HIMSELF, I HAVE HAD THEM OUT 5 OR 6 TIMES, THEY ARE VERY GOOD, WILL CALL AT WORK IF THEY NEED TO, TO DISCUSS THINGS WITH ME.

WE WILL HIRE KIPP IN A MINUTE FOR ALL OUR PLUMBING NEEDS. NORMALLY WOULDN''T CONSIDER A PLUMBER FOR CLOSING DOWN A POOL FOR THE SEASON.

THEIR RESPONSIVENESS IS VERY GOOD. THEY HAVE INSTALLED ONE WATER HEATER FOR US OVER THE PAST 14 YEARS AND DONE VARIOUS OTHER PLUMBING WORK. OUR WATER HEATER JUST WENT OUT AGAIN, AND THE GUY FROM SCOTTS TRIED TO SELL ME THE EXACT SAME WATER HEATER THAT IVE HAD TO REPLACE TWICE ALREADY. I WASNT VERY HAPPY ABOUT THAT. IM LOOKING AT OTHER OPTIONS. OTHER THEN THE PROBLEM WITH MY WATER HEATER, IVE BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH THEM AND THINK THEY ARE GREAT PEOPLE WHO DO GREAT WORK.
