On Monday night my wife found that our water heater was leaking from the bottom and went onto Angie's List to find "A" providers to call. She called several late that night and we received an email within an hour back from Ryan asking several questions. She responded and set up a call for the next morning. Ryan came out on Tuesday and inspected our old unit and explained what was happening and that we needed to replace the water heater. He quoted us for both an exact replica for what we had as well as for a new tankless water heater. He spent the time to go through the pros/cons of each one and answer all questions. For several reasons, we decided to go tankless and he gave us an incredible price and was out the next day to install - first thing in the morning. He was one time with a helper and got the entire job done and let the space clean and like they were never there. They even replaced our gas line with a better quality product for no additional cost. Outstanding business and employees and I am happy to give them business now and in the future. Professional, honest, trustworthy and stand behind their products and workmanship.

Prior to receiving the service we received great communication from the office with updates on the status of the service provider. The gentleman who came out to service our furnace was very prompt, nice, and professional. He did a great job proving his service and did not try to sell us anything we did not need. Our furnace is about 26 years old, so we would not have been surprised if he had tried. Thank you!

I received estimates from Plumbing Paramedics and two other companies. All were very similar in pricing, but Bryce, the estimator and installer for Plumbing Paramedics, seemed to be genuinely interested in my concerns and offered suggestions about a couple of other minor plumbing issues I was having. On the day of the installation, Bryce arrived on time, he installed the heater and softener into a very tight space, so it wasn't easy. He cleaned up his mess and explained to me how everything worked and what maintenance I would need to do. I am very pleased with his work and I would definitely hire Plumbing Paramedics again.

Date of service was several months ago. Technician arrived on time, checked the furnace, and determined that it was not in need of any service and was operating in good condition. When I asked about recommendations for 90% efficiency furnaces, he said that there was no need to consider purchasing a new furnace at this time, as mine was solid and in good and safe working condition.

Found an easy fix for our AC problem. Fixed and done in a few minutes. He could easily have made more of an issue out of it, but was honest. Definitely will use again.

They repair a leaking water pipe. Replaced copper pipe with a PVC or plastic sleeve. Cheap shoddy repair for big money. Then pressured us to purchase a inspection and maintenance program for our HVAC. Another $129.00 for the annual contract. Said they would be back this summer to perform said inspection. We have never seen them since and now we do not want to see them again. We would like our money back for the contract. Will never do business with this company again.

They tuned up two air conditioning units. It went fine.

Before hiring PHP, I had couple of other plumbers at my house. One of them took an estimate fee and his solution was the worst - using steel pipe all along and use foam to cover up the area surrounding the pipe that goes to the house. He went on to explain how he has to bend the pipe using special tools and that it will cost higher if the trench is to be dug during cold weather. I was uncomfortable from the get go with this guy and so let him slip by and tried Plumbing Heating Paramedics (PHP) After setting the appointment, Bryce came over with his assistant and was open to my suggestion on how the plumbing had to be done etc and gave me an estimate $1500 to $1650. He explained how they are going to do the work, the kind of material (plastic flex plumbing line) to be used and answered all my questions patiently. Even though the appointment was set on 11th, they couldn't get to call the "Call before you dig" hot line for the utilities to come and mark the place with where the utility lines. I had taken the day off and asked them to do at least inside plumbing as there were cabinet guys coming to install the cabinets over the wall that had the gas plumbing. Ryan, the owner, was good enough to oblige and he asked his plumbers to do the inside part and the outside trench and plumbing will be done next monday (18th). They came today (18th) and did a great job of digging the trench, putting flexible plastic gas line and using silicone to seal the holes. Took about 1 to 2 hours on 11th and about 4 hours today. I got the $100 discount because of being an Angie's list member. CONS: Compared to other plumbers, their price is slightly on the higher side. But they are great guys and I will recommend them to everyone.

They did a nice job too. They were on time and very professional. They even sent somebody out to the house before they brought out the water softener that I bought. They looked over my situation and how many people were there. It was my wife and I and daughter and he suggested the platinum model which was $200 more but gave me all the reasons why I should do it and I did it. I've looked around and even if it's $200 more, that was a good buy because it was installed. They took out the other one and it works like a charm. It didn't use a lot of salt. It was very efficient. I'm pleased with that. I would definitely recommend them and I would definitely use them again.

Zack was very professional when replacing our leading tap before the winter freeze. He arrived at the appointed time and completed the task within the estimated time and cost. We would definitely use his services in the future.
