Bryce was knowledgeable and courteous. He gave us an explanation of what was needed and an estimate to repair the problem. He came back and did the work.

They were polite, punctual, and did an excellent job installing the disposal.

Paramedics were very easy to work with and schedule. They worked on 3 rental properties and were helpful in facilitating a schedule with the tenants. They did show-up with a ladder to one appointment and needed to reschedule.

Very professional and answered my questions. Knowledgeable.

We called them after-hours on a Friday about a busted water pipe that was in our crawlspace. The tech was there within an hour, and immediately got to work. He was in and out within an hour. Top notch! And a good price. We highly recommend them!

The serviceman that was sent evaluated my water softener and told me that it would be more work/cost to fix whatever was wrong, compared to just replacing it. This may be the case for many people, however I later found out that it was only a salt bridge-easily fixed without help. I feel that if he had done a slightly more thorough evaluation of the softener, he would have caught this. Instead, he offered to sell me an expensive replacement.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. They took care of it the same day I bought the deal. Everything went the way I would expect so it was a routine visit.

We purchsed two checks for two systems. For a variety of reasons we received a check of only one system. This was not entirely the fault of the provider. Paramedics agreed to have our air conditioning checked for the price of the second system check we already purchased. It was somewhat confusing for all concerned. But we were pleased with the overall experience and look forward to our spring check.

Arrived on time, professionally greeted, explained possible problems, & immediately began work to resolve problem.

They re-scheduled themselves out of my original time slot. It was difficult to reschedule. The plumber seemed unfamiliar with sump pumps and did not have the one part needed to repair a leaking bath faucet, although this was the main reason for the call. I paid for an overall inspection of the plumbing system but due to an ill spouse, I could not tell if this was done in a thorough manner. | It was not a bad inspection of the leaking part but the quote of $375 to fix it seemed very high to me.

This was for a winter furnace check up.

I had my bi-annual furnace cleaning and check. They were very punctual and easy to work with.

Service tech was very punctual and called before arriving. Serviced the furnace and identified the problem with the humdifier on my furnace. Very polite and please with the service I received.

Brian called me a half hour before the start of the two-hour window for the appointment and arrived at my house 15 minutes ahead of time. He thoroughly inspected the operation of the furnace, and was able to tell approximately how old the furnace was, what I should keep an eye on, and gave a rough life expectation for my brand of furnace. He also provided a written record of the current technical performance specs of my furnace. He did not try to push any unnecessary services on me. Overall, very professional.

It was fine. I used the big deal right away. The price included the spigot. They credited the $29 back to me. They came when they said they would and they fixed the problem. They did not try to sell me anything and they came right away. I will use them again.

The service was okay. He did everything he was supposed to do and it was worth the money. He was very polite and very informative about what he did so I was happy with it. They contacted very quickly after I ordered it online. He called before he came and he's very professional.

I don't think I would be using them again. They didn't do any, the thing was supposed to be an inspection of our system. I did have a question about something that had been happening with it, he addressed it and came up with a recommendation. I asked if he could fix it, he said he didn't have the parts and he had to get back to us. He didn't inspect anything else of the system. He looked to sell a prepaid maintenance schedule deal with one price but he observed that we have two system for the house and that would be considerably more. He's a very nice guy, they called back couple of days later and what the guy recommended was a new switch with the heat pump. I didn't like the feel of it. I was a little disappointed, he didn't really deliver the full inspection which is what I bought. I didn't fell well treated, I think it's a waste of 30 bucks and my time. It was an excellent price if they had delivered, but they didn't deliver the actual service that I bought.

We feared the worst when our 24 year old AC started leaking water everywhere. We were pretty sure whoever came out would tell us we needed a new unit, but it turns out it was just a clogged pipe and they had it cleared out in less than 15 minutes. They were prompt, professional, and reasonable. Would definitely use them again.

We were selling a house that needed a new hot water heater as well as a few small plumbing issues. After checking with other service companies I contacted them to get an estimate. They told me the exact price over the phone which was more than $1000 cheaper than a much larger company had just quoted. They did the job on time and charged exactly what I had been quoted. There was even a very small task of re-connecting some ventilation that had come undone which they did for free (I would have done it my self but was required to have a professional do it). Other companies gave me a quote of $25-$50 for the additional small job. |Workers were punctual and friendly. I am still thinking of cancelling my current monthly contract with a different vendor to go with Plumbing Heating Paramedics.

A highly professional service provider. Work very hard to isolate the problem. Was able to fix leak problem without cutting into the wall. Replaced broken parts and re caulked where it was needed after the repair. The plumber Randy Gustin was polite, professional and really knew what he was doing. After the work was completed he cleaned up the area and left it spotless. I would recommend this company to my friends. If ever I need plumbing work in the future I would not hesitate to use them

I bought the annual service agreement which includes a furnace tuneup and an AC tuneup. The tech came out and gave the furnace and heat pump an inspection and tune-up, and adjusted the heat pump for optimal switch-over to our gas furnace. He was friendly and seemed thorough, and explained some things for me which was helpful. We've been using PHP for three or four years now and really trust them.

The service tech called to tell me he was on the way, but then got held up. He called again to let me know he was running late, which I very much appreciated. When he arrived, he picked up the newspaper from the end of the drive and brought it to me. Not a huge deal, but just a very nice thing to do on a cold day! He put covers on his shoes when he entered the house, and was polite and professional at all times. It was just a check-up for our heating/air system, so no major work was performed. But if I ever do need work, I'll definitely call them again.

Small part/ large price, but technician was prompt, polite, friendly. and knowledgeable. Repair was done correctly the 1st time. Furnace works! Would use them again.
