Plumbing Heating Paramedics

Nothing was really done and they weren't educated in their field of work at all.

The toilet had become unclogged by the time they arrived, so they simply inspected other plumbing areas. I did use them again, however, because they did a such a good job on this first visit.

It was great! I called and they were able to come out two days later. I got a courtesy call 20 minutes before the technician arrived. He was very courteous. He needed to move the truck to my neighbors driveway and asked me before doing so to ensure he would cause a problem between myself and my neighbor. He got right to work, and the problem was fixed within a half hour.

I needed to have my hot water heater replaced on New Years Eve. PHP came out the same day I called and were prompt, courteous and very easy to deal with. I am very happy with the outcome and even purchased further services from them to service my AC and Furnace!

They were very prompt. They called right away and scheduled it right away. Overall, it was fine. They did what they were supposed to do.

The guy who came out was great. I have had two plumbers that turned me down and they came up with an elaborate excuse while Plumbing Heating Paramedics just took it apart and said, "Oh, all it needs is a stem." I knew that. I just did not know how to do it myself. So, he fixed it and it did not take any time and it was fine. He was clean, professional and very nice. He cleaned up after himself. I may have paid him a little bit extra for a part but his price was good overall.

It was fine. It was just a minor thing. They took care of the issue. They were clean and courteous. They were on time. It was a fine experience. We would consider using them again, they probably wouldn't be number one.

I made 2 Big Deal purchases. They both went fine. They have always been prompt and punctual, and I think their price is really reasonable too.

I think it's really good. I have nothing to compare the price to but I thought it was a bit fair. Our experience was positive. The person who did the service was very friendly and he showed me some tips and techniques to prevent things in the future.

The call I made on Jan. 27 after hours was taken by a call center. That is a very good thing. Someone responded to my call after 20 min. After I explained the situation, he assured me that it was not an emergency. That way I didn't have to pay after hours call. But someone called me before 8:30 the next morning. Very thoughtful. They arranged an appointment today. The technician was on time. He checked the leak, called the water heater company for me, to ask about a warranty on the part, and took down all the information so I could order the warrantied part myself instead of charging his company's price. That went very well. They made two trips. He put a temporary part on and had to order the actual part we needed. He also talked with us about getting a whole new furnace, which we decided not to do. Then he came back again and put the correct part on. I wasn't anticipating the repair fee. I didn't have a problem with the quality of work. They were really good about scheduling and coming out.

There was a bit of a challenge getting this scheduled. 1st try was rescheduled due to high demand for people w/out heat so I gave up my appt. 2nd try was during the big snow storm. 3rd try went well, the person was prompt, professional, and honest. The previous year I had someone try to sell me a new capacitor, saying mine was at 20% or something like that, I declined. At the end of this visit I asked how well the capacitor looked and he said it was fine, no concerns. I will definitely use PHP in the future.

Kyle was quick and very helpful in explaining how the system was working and what we should watch for. I appreciate Plumbing Heating Paramedics way of explaining what the owner can do, what the technician needs to do and what can be done to prevent equipment failure. I also like that they will repair parts rather than automatically replace whatever is not working right.

A quick service call that went fine. I asked for an estimate on installling a kitchen faucet and also to pull and reset a leaking toilet. The estimates were twice the estimates that I received from another AL provider, whom I hired for these jobs.

It was fantastic. He did extra stuff for free. I really like them a lot. I felt very comfortable with the 2 gentlemen that came.

It was fine. They assumed that I wanted something that I did not want when they came into the house and I told them that and we worked out the deal so that we did not have to be running all over the city to exchange everything. They were very good. I do not really have a use for plumbers but I would use them again. I have never had to replace the water softener before that but I guess that their price was good and they took care of my problem. They had the wrong phone number for us so we kept missing each other. I dealt mostly with the owner of the company when there was a problem and he was excellent. He was so good about the problems that we were having with not being able to connect with each other. They were probably more expensive than we wanted but we worked the deal out with him.

They got us in the very next day and were in-and-out in just a few hours--- very polite and timely. They explained everything they did and provided some benefits for any future service. They were also very helpful and flexible with the payment, since obviously that is a huge unexpected expense. I greatly apprecciated their dedication to customer service and understanding. Seems like a really well-run operation.

Two men showed up on time (called ahead to let us know they were coming) and performed the services in a professional manner and cleaned up well before leaving.

The provider's office made contact right away to schedule the service. They were very friendly and worked with me to find a service date and time that worked for me. I was called with a courtesy reminder the day before the service was scheduled and the technician called 30 minutes before he arrived to do the service. The technician was clean, friendly and courteous and was able to answer all of my questions. He came with a check-list of items to check on my furnace and went through the list thoroughly and made clear notes along the way. When the service was complete I was provided with a service invoice that listed everything that was completed and had clear notes on what I needed to be concerned about. There was never an attempt by the technician to suggest having his company quote a replacement furnace and I appreciated this. He just gave me the necessary details of my furnace checkup and offered to answer any questions I had. He also made himself and his company available for any future service without being forceful and rude. Overall, the service experience was great and I will be considering Plumbing Heating Paramedics for future HVAC and plumbing service.

Everything was fine. They were very professional and right on time.

When I talked to the person on the phone the technician was really nice, he said he said that there were some things that needed to be worked on and things needed to be replaced. He wasn't pushy and I couldn't really have them do anything because I have a home warranty cause I didn't buy the house that long ago and I can't have anything replaced by someone other than the home warranty told me to. He was really polite about it, he didn't try to push any extra services on me, he let me think about it and I just paid them the money for the tune up. I don't think I have any thing that I would say that they could do any better. I wasn't there in person talking with him but the information he left for me with my husband, the service was great.

Installation went well. The plumber came back shortly after he left when I discovered a small leak in the pex connection and fixed it immediately. Unit is working well and is the best price I could find for an on-demand water softener.
