Service providers were attentive and polite. Their work was careful and neat.

The service was good. They were great, I have had them before, and it was the same guy who came out to do the service.

It was fine, it went really good. It was what I expected, they were very good.

Everything was fine. The qualiy of the inspection, cleaning and tune-up was great. I have no complaints.

He determined that the water softener needed to be replaced. It wasn't repairable. So what we got out of it was two bags of salt. It's been a couple of weeks. I did not have to pay anything extra but we did not have them replace the water softener, it would have been much too expensive. I did not deal with them, my husband did and he liked them. He said that we are going to need a plumber again pretty soon and they are the first ones he thought of. Well we did not get what we paid for, there was no tune up involved, so I guess we are kind of out the fifty nine dollars in a way but it wasn't a lousy experience. It was not worth our money, I don't think, but we didn't know. If he could have just done something simple it would have been a good deal. All we got for our fifty nine dollars was just two bags of salt. I had to let you folks know that we didn't hear from them, but the day that we made that contact with you, we heard from them. So I guess something fell through the cracks. I don't know if it's their fault or not. As soon as we asked for some intervention, they called right away.

We were able to make the appointment quickly and they arrived on time. The service was fine. We had them replace some pipes in addition to the inspection.

The rep was very kind and generous with his time in helping us find the problem. He answered a few other questions I had on in regards to our overall plumbing situation and it was very helpful. I would highly recommend Plumbing and Heating Paramedics to anyone in need. Very thankful for their service and will call again if in when there is another need.

They did not put in enough salt and so they will come back. It went well. They made sure that it was working well and explained things to me. I would use them again.

Plumbing Heating Paramedics did a nice job for us. They were very nice and seemed to do the job well. They were timely and it was easy to make an appointment with them. They were great.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went poorly. I found out late in the process that they do all work in predetermined fee schedule and so I basically got 15 minutes for the work for a credit of $69 which I thought was rather high. They explained that to me only when the service man was here to do the job. I bought the Angie's List Big Deal for $32 which I understood to include credit for $69 worth of work. The day before the service call, we spoke to a person just to confirm the appointment and asked what is covered and how it worked, and they were not able to answer our questions. The service man arrived and he said to change the washers would be at a set price of $69 per his book or schedule and that's all he would do. For $69, I felt like I received poor value. With the coupon for $32, I thought it was fair. Quality was poor. The fixture was scratched while he was doing his work. He got the job done, but he damaged the hardware in the process. I wasn't here but my wife said that their responsiveness was rather poor. The man seemed unmotivated and was curt when she inquired about getting other work done. Their punctuality was good. He actually showed up on time. Shortly after the service was done, I contacted the office to talk about it. A lady in an accounting-type function wasn't able to help me and said I would have to talk to the owner. The owner was gone for the day and we did not go any further than that. This is relatively a small thing and I didn't regard it to be important enough to proceed very hard. It was frustrating, but it was a pretty small thing in a big picture.

Great experience! Cost seemed high but I haven't used a plumber for quite a few years. The gentleman arrived at the exact predetermined time. Was very friendly and understanding. Accomplished the task quickly and cleaned up completely.

The original call was for furnace service. The heat exchanger was damaged and we decided to replace the unit rather than have it repaired. We were give several options from which to choose. We chose to replace both the heat and air conditioner and add a humidifier. The installation took a couple of days because we chose high efficiency units and the venting is different from the old units. The installation team was neat and courteous. Our house has been wonderfully comfortable throughout this awful winter, and our utility bills have actually been lower. We have been very pleased with the service that we have received.

It went pretty well but I felt like it was a sales pitch for me to buy a new water softener from them. They were nice, but I feel like I paid for a sales pitch to get a new water softener unit. I wish they had given me some options for repair, not just replacement. Some more analysis and options would have been nice.

Came on site and performed great service and provided a few beneficial recommendations at no cost. I even got $100 credit toward a future service.

Our entire process with PH Paramedics was wonderful! The owner, Ryan, walked us through our options and was understanding and respectful of our budget. He offered us multiple options and financing, and we were able to replace our water heater and furnace with PH Paramedics. Their pricing was competitive and their service was excellent! Our water heater installation was on Friday, 2/28/2014 and we had our furnace installed today (3/6/2014). Both service techs were punctual, courteous, and professional. Installation went without a hitch on both and now we're enjoying hot water pressure and a warm home! Customer service was really good. I spoke with Ryan multiple times, as well as with a receptionist, and everyone was friendly and helpful. I never felt like I was being pushed into anything, and that they really cared about me, the customer. I have already recommended this company to a co-worker, and will continue to recommend them. They have definitely earned their 'A' rating!

I finally located the small leak in a water line in my wall after cutting a hole in the drywall. Having had a previous successful furnace repair experience in January with this service provider, I called them again. Randy arrived within the hour and efficiently replaced the leaking water line which was very inconveniently tucked between the studs and the ceiling. In two experiences with them, they have exceeded my expectations.

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. It was good. They are waiting for us to tell them when to come back. We are waiting to see how much comes through for us so we can get it fixed. They couldn't fix it, it has to be replaced. When we have the money we are going to use them. The person that came out was very nice and we like then and they did a good job. We thought they were very good, honest and did a nice job.

My husband was the one dealing with them but he said the guy was very personable and knowledgeable.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was very good. There was a little bit of a mixup with the scheduling. I scheduled it when I bought the Deal and then I didn't get a reminder call the day before like they said they would. I called them and they apologized because they hadn't gotten me on the schedule correctly so they went ahead and worked me in so I didn't have to rework my schedule again. The guy that came out was super knowledgeable. I didn't pay any additional.

They quickly identified the problem and removed a non-working part, which does not need to be replaced.
