The install was professional and done very well. The only bad part was that they didn't show up when they said they would, if they schedule an 8am appointment with you realize they may only show up at 9am depending on the person providing the service. In this case he wanted to get his kids on the bus so it was easily forgiveable - I could have just used some heads up. They also messed upon the scheduling once, but did not give me any grief when I told them I had asked for a different date. They ran out of the silver units and they upgraded me to the gold for free that had a digital face, so this was a nice perk. Overall the man who installed it was very kind and professional and willing to teach me how to operate and maintain the water softener. I highly recommend getting the deals through Angies list because I think otherwise they may be a bit pricey. They work hard to provide excellent customer service and I appreciate it. You'll be in good hands if you need to get a new water softener install.

They showed up and were very conscientious and did a great job. They were very clean and polite.

The work that was completed was done professionally and on time however was over priced. A trap was installed from the laundry room for $275. I used an Angie's list coupon for $50 off. My estimate of the para used was probably less than $50 the job took about an hour.

The work was done quickly, professionally, i think it was grossly overpriced but that was because they were doing the unit pricing. The purchase was just for the service call. The changer washer cost me 150 dollars.

They were fast, flexible and friendly. They were responsive, seemed straightforward, and we would use them again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. It went okay. There were no additional charges. They did a good job and they were reliable.

The tech re-lit the hot water heater and explained some of the common reasons why modern hot water heaters go out. He waited about 15 minutes to ensure it did not go out again. The tech also recommended the company's scheduled maintenance service and gave me the PM-Member discount when I signed up for it.

Our heat and AC went out. We had an AC tuneup coming up soon, and when I called they let me reschedule that and combine it with the service call to save the service call cost. Kyle came out and found a shorted-out wire, fixed it and got things running right, then did the AC tune-up. We had no service call charge, and our service agreement for the two annual tuneups and discount was pre-paid, so there was no charge today. We're back with heat before it gets cold again. Good service and more than fair pricing.

The service worked out great. They repaired my air conditioning unit. They came out, saw what they had to do and were efficient about making the repair.

Randy and a partner came to the house to give me a quote. His partner investigated the problem by looking at the pipes under the deck by laying down and looking into an opening in the deck top I had spent the morning cutting open. (Our deck had no access panel and the deck top screws could not be removed due to layers of deck sealer in the screw openings. I had to make a 4ft square opening with a reciprocal saw so that the pipes could be seen and we could get under the deck.). Randy never looked under the deck. He told me that we would have to remove the deck top as needed to do the repair. He gave me quote for the work. I told him no thanks. I was not going to chop up my deck top so that they wouldn't have to work under the deck. I called another gas plumber who got under my deck and fixed the leak in about an hour for half the price. No additional deck boards had to be removed.

Brett Ailes came out to do my service call. He was amazing. He was extremely patient and thorough. He walked me through how the system worked, how to use it and answered any and all my questions. He went above and beyond. I highly recommend this team. Great Job Brett!

It was great. I requested service at 9pm and he was at my house at 10am the following morning. He performed a diagnostic analysis of a clogged sink drain. He pulled out some special equipment to try and clear it but it didn't work. He didn't charge me for that which I thought was nice. I'll probably have them do the work to replace the pipe when I have a chance to review the quote.

I wasn’t very happy with the service.

We have an older home, so plumbing work is never easy. We had a toilet reset with a new wax ring on March 26, but the clogged bathroom sink drain required a second visit the following week on March 31. A hole had to be cut in the bedroom wall to make the repair. Brett came the first day and returned with Bryce for the larger project. Both were professional and courteous throughout their time here and worked very hard to minimize the impact on our home, especially the glass block tile in our bathroom. The person on the phone was also easy to work with and helpful. I would definitely call them again for future work.

I have had no problems with the installation and I am happy with the service.

Charged service call. Water softener doesn't seem to be working properly at this time. Left quote for new water softener also recommended a maintenance agreement.

Unfortunately, our home warranty company required us to use another contractor to perform the work. We have used Plumbing Heating Paramedics in the past and will continue to rely on them for expert service and advice.
