They were very helpful. They kind of confirmed what we had heard from other previous checkups. There really wasn't much they could do as far as improving the performance of the system. They said that eventually we would have to replace the A/C system. They were very helpful in giving me different quotes for that. I would use them again.

Everything went great. He did a good job, was punctual and very friendly.

They called right away initially but afterwards they weren't very responsive. One day before they called me about the scheduling. The service provider said he couldn't contact my house but he said he would me back. I never received a call.

Inspection was supposedly done, although no access was gained to sump pits. I was provided with misinformation... told I only had 1 primary pump when I had 2 and that the back-up pump was the only pump functioning. Upon inspection by another Angie's List provider who cut PVC pipe to access the pit, I was reassured that I had 2 primary pumps, one working fine, one had a defective switch, and that the battery back-up pump was not functioning. This was totally different from what I was told by Plumbing Heating Paramedics, who wanted to replace my primary pump for over $600. This company also did not clean out the pit, as per "Big Deal" specifics. Apparently, then, not a thing was accomplished, except to try to sell me something I did not need. I could see how a senior citizen or other trusting customer could be scammed by this approach. This is not acceptable.

It turned out just fine. They sent one tech and they were at the home for about an hour. I had to wait quite a while to get on their schedule however.

PHP responded quickly & set up a convenient appointment. They didn't say anything about access to the plumbing or ask any questions about my home. The plumber was good about calling ahead to confirm when he'd be here. When he arrived I showed him the exterior faucet & he said he'd have to make a hole in my living room wall to access the plumbing. I had assumed the work could be done from outside. My home is newly redecorated & a hole in the wall would result in additional expense for drywall & paint. The plumber & I agreed that it didn't make sense to do this for a faucet that was just leaking outside when it was turned on. He suggested I contact you for a refund. I wish the "deal" info had explained that a home on a slab would require access to plumbing through a wall. Otherwise, I had a favorable impression of the service provider.

Office staff was very efficient when handling my call and scheduling. I had to wait 2 weeks but that was not a problem because my AC was working fine. Tech called when he was on his way. Did a very thorough job and even fixed a little water issue I has having with the humidifier drain valve. Tech showed me what was right and wrong with AC but did not try to sell me a new unit. I knew that the builders put in a less than steller AC unit when the house was built and getting 12 years out of it was pretty lucky. I asked them about installing a new unit and they happen to be having a great deal on one right now. They are coming out in 2 days to install. I'm happy as a clam - Where does that expression come from anyway.

He fixed the leaking toilet found secondary ptoblem. Honest he thought it was one issue and it turned out two less expensive issues. Installed a new faucet set.

The job overall was good. They had to come out twice and they did not charge us for the second visit. The guy that came was very professional and they had to work in the rain. They did the job and everything was great and I have no complaints. What stands out was that they were quick in coming out to do the work.

I usually do not leave a feedback in Internet. However, I should let other people know what I experince with this company. I bought Angie's List "Big Deal" to check my sump pump. It should be a regular check up with nothing else. However, after his work, my basement was mess. The sump pump area was full of water. The carpet was soaked by lots of water. The back-up battery sump pump box was filled by water. The sump pump pipe was leaking. I contacted Plumbing Heating Paramedics and the plumber came back to my house to fix the leaking problem. He tried to fix it with liquid glue. It did not work. He came back the next day and did the same thing; put more glue. He said he fixed the problem but after he left, water was still leaking from the pipe. Finally, the other plumber came to my house next day and fixed the problem. Now who is going to pay the carpet cleaning bill? Please avoid this incompetent company.

I was amazed at how effortlessly and well he did the job. He was so good at what he did he didn't need to charge me extra to cut the wall. The wall was cut neatly and professionally. Its rare today to see someone so good at their trade and have a honest heart to go with it. |If you need a plumber I cannot imagine ANYONE being a better choice then these guys.

I had an Angie's List "Big Deal" to have this company come out and inspect my sump pumps and install a new quiet check valve. I have 2 main pumps in the pit and a back-up battery pump (total: 3 pumps). The technician told me I only had one main pump in the pit and it was burned out and only the battery back-up pump was working. He gave me an estimate of over $600.00 to put in a new main pump. I called John Sears (Johnny on the Spot, an Angie's List provider) for a second opinion. We all went down and looked and there ARE 2 main pumps. One is working, one had a bad switch. The battery back-up pump is not working at all. This is certainly not the information we got from Plumbing & Heating Paramedics, who told me I was lucky we had the battery back-up because that was the only thing working! Plumbing & Heating Paramedics did not provide correct information, nor did they install any new check valve, since they said the main pump was burned out, so I am going to ask for a refund of my $99. I don't want them back, thank you.

Provided estimate to replace outdoor spicket. Plumber was clean, polite and professional but their pricing was a bit high compared to other plumbers. Also, the job has very easy access to the pipes which are all visible in the garage so I believe their pricing to be high. I can do the job myself for about $45.00 + time (vs. $245). I didn't find their estimated cost via the Anglie's List $29.99 offer to be a deal or discount. At best, it was on par or slightly higher than other plumbers.

They are excellent to work with, from the owner Ryan to the guys in the field. They are friendly, work hard and seem to do excellent work. I have had no issues with any of the work they have performed for me. The quality and the little extra things they do make you want to have them back.

They were on time for both appointments. Unfortunately we need a new water softener. We will be giving them our business for that purchase very soon. We were really worried about the A/C. It is 11 years old and we thought we were going to need a new one. The guy cleaned it out and it is working great now! We have found our new HVAC company and are looking forward to working with them on our new water softener...well, as much as you can look forward to something like that! Great service, thank you very much!

All the people who came to our house, first, to determine the problem, then to measure for a new system, and finally to install the new system, we very courteous and professional. They cleaned up after themselves and made the outside area look nicer than before they arrived. We just bought this home, and the previous owners had left broken items laying around, the installer cleaned it up. I am quite pleased with my experience. PHP worked with my home warranty company to make the experience go as smoothly as possible. I would definitely hire them again!

Plumber was on-time and got right down to business. Was very efficient and had it installed in no time. Hauled away the old toilet and a very good experience.

My AC unit quit working, and I needed quick service to get things back up and running. After coming home from work the previous evening to over 80 degree temperatures, I called Plumbing Heating Paramedics first thing the next morning. The gal who answered the phone was extremely friendly, and quickly booked an appointment for their techs to come out later that afternoon. They even were able to show up earlier than expected. Both of the guys they sent out - Fred and Kyle - were very respectful and knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed the problem, and had my Trane unit back in working order in no time. Thanks guys - will definitely be calling you in the future, and recommending you all to friends and family in need of a solid HVAC company!

Very detailed inspection of our end-of-life AC. We felt, however, that the main thrust was to sell us a new AC system rather than considering options to repair. The guy may have a valid point, but we'd like to get a second opinion first.

Our hot water heater started leaking at 7 PM on Friday evening. We called several establishments on Angie's list and decided to go with Plumbing and Heating Paramedics. The technician, Randy, arrived at 9 AM, installed a new hot water heater and we were back in business by noon. Randy was very professional, and according to my husband, was a real perfectionist. Everything had to be absolutely perfect. Before Randy left he wrote his cellphone number on the business card in case we had any questions or concerns.

They arrived on time. They were able to replace the faucets quickly. the workmen were polite and friendly.

It’s been going really well. They completed the installation this week and came back out today to handle exposed wires. Their responsiveness was very good. Overall ,it was a really good installation. You couldn’t beat the price.
