Plumbing Heating Paramedics

After waking up to extensive water in my basement, I had to call the best in town. Jennifer was amazing at fielding my call and got someone to my home immediately. Brett was professional, showed up on time, and even wore protectors on his boots to prevent bringing debris into our home. I'll definitely use this company again as I just signed up for their annual home comfort program. Thanks to all for the help.

It went well. They did a fine job. The faucet works well.

Generally went well. Very professional staff in scheduling. They installed the unit on time and discovered the previous contractor our warranty company used didnt properly diagnose the fan issue. Got that repaired the same day. Only downside is the person calling me for the payment was rude and put me on hold for an extended period of time when I was paying. That aside, you can trust them to do the job.

I've used Plumbing Heating Paramedics a couple times now (both for heating & plumbing services). Each time it's been a very pleasant experience. The staff is always helpful and courteous. On my most recent experience, I needed service urgently since my A/C wasn't working properly. They called another customer to reschedule their maintenance service so a technician could come over the following day. All the technicians I've encountered were very friendly and truthful, they never pushed any service to me that I don't need, which I really appreciate.

I called around numerous plumbers and was waiting on some to call me back on how soon they could get there. The gentleman from Heating Paramedics though actually asked me how my pump was plugged in. I explained how there was a cord plugged into another cord and that was plugged into the outlet. He asked me to unplug the plug from the other one and plug that into the outlet directly. The pump started working and drained the basement fast. Not having had experience with sump pumps in the past, I didn't realize that the pump itself is plugged into a switch controlled by the float in the sump pit and something must have happened so the switch didn't activate. None of the other plumbers actually questioned my 'My sump pump has died' information or asked me any questions that might have revealed what was actually going on. When I had the float switch replaced later, the plumber said sometimes you just need to shake things a little and the switch will activate. Ultimate I didn't need Plumbing Heating Paramedics to come out, but they actually managed to help service me right over the phone. I don't know how good they would be doing actual work, but that kind of phone support was greatly appreciated!

The plumber was very courteous and understanding of the situation. I was grateful that he gave me the options, one being that I could get my money refunded which is what I have decided to do.

This was the second faucet that this company has replaced for me. This experience was equal to the first in every way. The plumbers came when they said they would and quickly replaced an outside faucet. They were efficient and answered all of my questions. I would recommend them and will use Plumbing and Heating Paramedics again.

Office staff was very friendly and helpful when setting the appointment. Bryce did the install by himself. He was friendly, efficient, very courteous. He cleaned up and even hauled away the old water heater by himself. Good guy. Now I know I could have save $200 dollars by doing this myself, but it was worth it to me to have it done in 2 hours without having to deal with disposing of the old leaky water heater. Also, I am very pleased with the quality of water heater. I would use them again and probably will soon to replace an ancient water softener.

Bobby the P&HP technician arrived on time, and performed a very good. He examined all the plumbing-related areas in my house, and was diligent and professional, and the price very fair. He was thorough and very knowledgeable about his work, and answered all my questions. I was concerned about various plumbing related issues in my house, which is an older home, but Bobby addressed all my concerns. Next time I have a plumbing problem, I will hire P&HP.

They came out and fixed a broken pipe. They diagnosed the issue and did a great job. They were very efficient and I really appreciated their work.

The service was good. The deal included certain materials but they suggested an upgrade which I went with since it was a better product. They were professional, arrived on time, and did what they said they would do.

It was a Big Deal purchase. They were great! They were efficient and I had no problems. They found they were attracted to an outside plumbing that they weren't able to fix. I had to hire somebody else to help with that but the problem wasn't related to something that they could take care of. They came out quickly after I purchased the deal. There were no additional charges. I don't think I understood exactly what the bucks were. One of the promotions was a certain dollar amount of bucks and that was what I didn't totally understand. We didn't have any additional work done. They did a good job.

Great. Tech was able to cut the hole and find the pipe inside a closet which was really great given that it will be awhile before I can arrange for a handyman to fix the ceiling hole (8" x 8"). He was VERY careful in measuring outside and calculating location of pipe to make sure that he would not cut more than one hole.

Basically, my A/C stopped working after a storm hit our area and we were without power for 18 hours. I had turned it off and on at the thermostat & breaker, but nothing I did seemed to matter. Sooooo, I got on Angie's List and started calling all the A/C Vendors that I could find, because it was HOT!! They were the first one that could get to me the earliest, so I booked them....BUT, I was impressed that their girl that answered the phone told me about the coupon on Angie's List for $29.99 service call after I told her where I heard about their Company!! Their tech showed up on time, very professional, re-set everything, got me up and cooling in no time....he was super nice and Plumbing Paramedics is my new "go to"!! Oh, I forgot to say my bill was the amount of the coupon...$29.99!!!! Thanks for great service!!

We have used PHP multiple times. Randy has ran gas lines, all sorts of plumbing issues. We have went thru multiple plumbers and have never found one we have been this impressed with. They're great about communicating when the technician will be arriving at your home, and are incredibly accommodating in regards to scheduling. I had to stay late at work unexpectedly, and called to reschedule my appointment, but the tech said it would be no problem to just come a little later. He gave me all of the options to service the a/c and the pros/cons of each. I really appreciate working with this company because it feels like their techs are knowledgeable about repairs and maintenance, not just sales-people.

Given the age of my AC unit (almost 20 years), I was a bit concerned about the health of the unit. I browsed Angie's Deals and found that Plumbing Heating Paramedics had a great deal going on ($59 for the tune-up with up to 1 pounds refrigerant included. PHP contacted me within just a few hours of me buying the deal and I scheduled my appointment a few days after that. I was told to expect the technician between 8 - 10 am and was pleasantly surprised when he called at 8:15 am to let me know he was on his way. Service took just over an hour - don't quote me on that - and imagine my surprise when I wasn't told I needed a new AC. He told me that he could recommend a part, but given the age of the unit, that it probably wouldn't be worth it. He also told me he cleaned out the coils, which apparently were filthy (which lead me to believe the provider I used last year didn't do a proper job). Anyways, he mentioned that should help increase the efficiency of the unit. That was music to my ears because it sometimes ran all night to get to the right temperature (set at 74). Imagine my surprise when the unit kicked on around 9:30 pm or so and the house was completely cooled a little later. I am thrilled with the service and would happily recommend PHP to family, friend, and coworkers!
