They were really good. I would use them again. I've had an estimate when the waterpipe busted and at that time, I didn't want top spend $400 to have that fixed so they were right inline with the same price. I didn't have any dislikes. The guy, I think it was Randy was very nice, very informative and answered all my questions. I really liked him. He didn't seem like just some guy fro a company came fixed it and then he was gone. He actually treated it like it was his business. They also gave me an even cheaper price because they had offered a special. A few months about the same time that I was getting the $29 one, I saw something on Angie's List for outside faucet repair and it has expired, when they got here and they went ahead and honor that price.

We were happy with him. I had no dislikes. He came when he said he was going to come. He did the work and the work was done fine. He cleaned up after himself. I was completely satisfied.

They were good. They did a good job. The price surprised me afterwards. I had purchased a Big Deal. Didn't expect the overage to be as high as it was. I think there price was higher than I anticipated. I had purchased a Big Deal with them thinking that it would pretty much cover what we were doing but it ended up being a lot more expensive than that. It ended up being closer to four hundred dollars.

When we moved into our home it had a reverse osmosis water system. We need the filter changed and they were not able to perform this service. He was professional, just not able to help our needs.

Fantastic. Willie called and confirmed arrival time and was there when he said he would be. He had been out prior on a Big Deal purchase, so he reviewed his prior work which was fine. He discovered a clogged intake resulting in the burners going out after only a few seconds. Offered solutions to clear the pipe or leaving the pipes off temporarily to allow the furnace to work correctly. He also discussed with me getting involved with a service plan for a better value in the long run.

They were very professional when I talked to them so it was a lovely experience. Unfortunately, they were not able to come out as soon as I needed them to.

Bobby was prompt and timely. He was thorough and did a great job installing our new garbage disposal. As a new homeowner, I really did appreciate his honesty during inspection and installation. I will recommend Plumbing Heating Paramedics to any and all friends/family.

Angie's list had advertised a special for a furnace inspection and tune up by Plumbing Heating Paramedics. The price was great so I immediately registered through Angie's List. Within 24 hours I was contacted by the company to schedule an appointment and the business day before my appointment I received a reminder call. The technician called 15 to 20 minutes in advance of arriving at my house. The technician was very professional, made sure to put paper booties on over his shoes and did a very thorough check of my furnace. He pointed out a hot spot on the board, but said that it didn't need to be replaced until it failed, which might not be for another 10 years. Overall, I was very happy with every part of the service experience. My review is showing as under the plumbing category but it really should show as HVAC.

We had 3 new toilets installed. On the day of service, Bobby (Plumber) gave a courtesy/warning call and arrived at the scheduled time. Took a little over 3 hours to install all 3 new toilets and take away the old. He did a great job and was extremely professional and polite. Highly recommend.

I bought a fixer upper condo and wanted to make sure the furnace was working correctly, especially since it's gas. They did an awesome job!

It went perfectly! Purchased a deal for garbage disposal installation. Contacted them, made an appointment, he showed up when he was scheduled. He installed the new garbage disposal that I had purchased from Lowes. It's been working perfectly.

Whenever I call, they get me in right away, they have always been very punctual, and they call about 15 minutes before they come. All the staff is very polite and accommodating. The work has turned out fabulous so far.

The gentleman arrived on time, performed the tune-up in a timely manner, and then thoroughly explained the results to me. I highly recommend this company - the quality of their technicians is MUCH higher than any of the companies I've used in the past.

The technician took time to check on all parts and changed the furnace filter which I had provided. The tech was professional and did a good job.

a new furnace filter was included in the service agreement, the technician did not have one with him, said he had recently given out his last one but offered to drop one off at a later date.

Technician arrived on time and went right to work. Drained and removed old hot water heater in basement. He took the new hot water heater downstairs and quickly had it hooked up. When he turned the water back on, he discovered an unexpected problem with some of the plumbing leading to the hot water heater. The technician searched his truck for a bypass valve, but when he couldn't find what he needed, he took the initiative to go to the hardware store and purchase a new part. He then returned and installed the new valve...at no extra cost! Very impressive!

The service started at $29.99 and cost ~$130 at the end. They included at $99 credit that I had with them due to a previous Angie's List service purchase that they were not able to fulfill. The technician changed upped the cost of the repair so that he used up my entire credit and also the second Angie's List service coupon that I had purchased. I feel that they cheated me.

They came to check out sump pump and noticed the rusted out hole on our duct work in crawl space . Was very happy to have found this prevented heat going to wast in crawl space.

Excellent work done by the technician. He was very polite and professional. We used an Angie's List deal, so not sure what "savings" we incurred.
