Plumbing Heating Paramedics

The company contacted me as to the time to expect the installers. The electrician installed the electrical outlet. They were prompt. He installed the conditioner, filled it with salt. He explained the unit's operation. I purchased a warranty after he explained the advantages of one year warranty for service on my electrical, plumbing and heating needs. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He finished the job in a timely manner and took all packaging with him.

Service was fine. I did not have any problems. They came in and did the work and it was fine.

Scheduling an appointment was fine. They had to come back out to correct their work since they installed it wrong. They came back with two people to do the work.

They were very polite and nice people, but they did not fix anything. I felt that the price for the service call was high, but they came right away.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it turned out well. Nothing stood out, the service was fine. My husband interacted with them, and he wasn't terribly impressed. The work turned out fine.

It was great. They came within a week after I purchased the big deal. They came on a Tuesday and they worked with me on my time because we ended up having to do extra work. I believe it was for re-piping and stuff like that. It took a little bit longer and they accommodated my time cause I taken a time off from work to do it. There was an additional charge on top of the $79 big deal. I ended up paying approximately $1400 for the re-pipe and upgrade. It took longer but they were good working with me. It was a good experience. Everything was excellent and very professional. I absolutely have no complaints.

He told me what he could and could not do and what the best approach was to fix the pipe. He explained exactly where he would cut out the pipe and why he was cutting it at the points he did.

Brad arrived right on time. Very professional and knowledgeable. After determining I didn't have an outside drain, which was required for this deal, he advised me to contact Angie's List to get a refund. It was my mistake as I hadn't read the deal closely enough but he was very accommodating. I have a drain in my garden tube that looks nothing like any other drain. He took the time to take it apart and clean it out for me and clean it out without charge and explain that it was like any other drain and could be cleaned as a regular drain. I would highly recommend this company.

That installation turned out wonderful. They were punctual and the installation was quick. They got done a lot faster than I anticipated.

Their price was too high and I can get a better deal elsewhere. I asked him for a quopte on a complete system and I never heard back from him.

I found them on Angie’s List. The experience was good. They were on time, pretty quick, polite, and they left. I am assuming they did a good job. We have a fairly new house and we will see if anything breaks.

The technician showed up on time and did the work to flush the water heater. He answered my questions and overall was happy with the work that was done.

It was okay. We weren't having any problem, so there's no worry you can see in our part. He was pleasant and everything was fine.

Work went okay. I thought the drain was a problem but the sink was the problem. As I recall the posting on Angie's list the listing was to save $150.00. The cost was $39.00 to get the deal. I originally wanted the drain pipe in both sinks replaced that quote was about $450.00. We then settled for one sink for about $225.00 form which they deducted that savings of $69.00. I spent $39.00 to get a $69.00 discount. A final savings of $30.00.

Everything went really well. They were very professional and helpful. There was one plumber here doing the work. He cleaned up after himself very well.

I received the check-up, but the technician did not have my size filter. So, I had to go buy a filter. .... Frankly, I don't think I gained a thing from this Angies Big Deal.

It went fine. He came in and did our job. He informed us of the condition of our furnace. He said that since it was an older furnace, it'd soon be needing work or replacement. He was at our home for about 30 minutes.

It went pretty well. They looked at a heating and cooling unit in the bonus room above our garage. They serviced the unit by making some adjustments and fixed the problem in about an hour. They have also installed a water softening system for us. We will use them again.

They were more than fine. I have used them a few times this year. They were prompt and courteous. They came out pretty quickly after I purchased the Big Deal. I called them and told them what I wanted to do to find out whether or not that would be the work. They said yes and I bought the Deal. They came out as soon as I could get them. The $29 Big Deal basically took care of the service call part, but I paid them to install the faucet. I bought the faucet myself and they installed it. There was a problem with the installation and they immediately came out and fixed it at no charge.

Awesome! First, let me tell you how much I like it when a service calls you up and asks if they can slot you in way earlier: Tons! Brett showed up when he told me he would, was in & out quickly and professionally, and fixed those wretched washing machine hook-ups. So far, a recommended thumbs-up.

This is the second time we've used P&HP and in the future, when I decide to try fixing plumbing again, we'll definitely call them. According to our service technician (Brett, I think) who came out after I had caused water to pour from the second floor bathroom through the first floor light fixture and joints between the sheetrock on the ceiling in our kitchen, we had a "complicated" shower that had he not had some extra parts in his van, he wouldn't have been able to fix. Fortunately, he did and I got home to an operational (and non-leaking) shower. Although this is a little detail, he even tracked down a vacuum cleaner and cleaned up the drywall dust mess from cutting to access the pipes - a mess I had made prior to his visit.
