Plumbing Heating Paramedics

Randy called ahead to let us know he was on his way and he arrived early in the time range that we had been given. After the inspection he pointed out two problem areas that we'd known were potential problems - toilet in our rear bathroom and an aging water heater. Water heater was then flushed and we were given a complete info package on problems and potential fixes. Since then, we'd contracted with PHP to have Randy come back out (4/28/2015) to install a new toilet that we'd purchased ourselves, in the rear bathroom, at a total service/install cost of $214.95 ($314.95 minus the $100 PHP bucks). He did a wonderful job and was most courteous and professional. He cleaned up after the job and hauled away all packaging and the old toilet.

Amazing experience with Randy and Luke from Plumbing Paramedics; I have never had a service/contracting experience like this and they exceeded my expectations in every way. 65 year old ranch house with full unfinished basement and the old galvanized pipe to go with it; ALL GONE! I just knew these were professionals early on in the 1 1/2 day job by their expertise and execution of this job. When I saw Luke anchoring the shop sink and set tup to the floor with concrete anchors,I realized this was just another example of their attention to detail. No loose ends at completion; just an immensely satisfied customer! I feel like I live in a new house and Randy and Luke had everything to do with it.

I purchased a big deal and was able to schedule service within five days. The office person was very polite and understanding. I told her of our problem and we agreed it would be best if I ordered the replacement part needed. The technician was on time, nice appearance and very professional. I explained the problems we had since installing the new water heater (we installed it ourselves). We are on well water and also discussed the iron problem we have, even with a water softener; he made a recommendation the would probably solve the problem. He completed the repair within an hours time, provided an itemized invoice and was on his way.

I bought Angie's List Outdoor Frost-free hose faucet replacement for $179. The company(B &W) that came out when faucet burst this winter had cut and capped the waterline. So it was$125 more to get new faucet. These coupons often wind up being more expensive in the long run.

It worked out fine. They were very professional.

The drain was cleaned, however somehow after the man left, we discovered a dent in the front of our washer. He didn't mention a thing about it before he left. Also, the address provided to the driver/worker by the front office was completely wrong, resulting in about an hour delay from the original call indicating he would be at my house.

Bobby arrived in allotted time. Inspected all sinks and toilets for problems, found none. Flushed water heater. Suggested opening rear hot water heater would increase hot water line pressure- worked well.

Bobby was friendly and efficient. They always call on their way to your home, which I really appreciate. He took care of the problem and gave explanation nad advice to help prevent it from happening again. Always great service with these guys. Will certainly use again.

Came home from work at around 8 PM and realized furnace was not coming on. Projected overnight temperatures were to be around 0. Home temperature at this point was around 50 degrees. Called Plumbing and Heating Paramedics whom I had previously used after finding on Angie's List. Willy arrived within an hour. Willy diagnosed issue as thermal coupler and it was my good fortunate that this older furnace part was available on his truck. Willy advised me of the advantages of an annual service plan and I look forward to Plumbing and Heating Paramedics being my go to HVAC company for years to come. Willy was cordially and knowledgeable, the kind of service technician you are glad to have in your home during a time of need.

Everything went well but one year later I noticed the unrecognized $16 charge on my credit card. When I called that provider, I've been told that they forgot to charge it at the time of the service and did it January 2015. I think it's illegal to charge a card nine months later but didn't dispute it because it was only $16.

They're very prompt. We were very satisfied with their work. They completed the repair and did a follow-up on those as a matter of fact.

I bought a big deal for this service and it went well. I turned the softener off for a while and then turned it back on. I don't know if it had to do with them. The guy was nice and professional; he was fine.

The work went very well. Bobby was a little late, but he was polite, professional and fast. The call center/customer service person, Carrie needs a new job. She basically wants to ruin your day every time you talk to her. At this point, it would take a really, really good deal if it meant I had to spend even 30 seconds talking to her. Very unpleasant.

Checked all toilets flushing systems and sinks did extra small item fixed. Flushed water heated left work areas cleaned. On time and completed job, timely. Will hire again.Very pleasant person.

He was on time and punctual. I will let you know how it goes. It was the president of the company, he did present himself very well. He was there when he said he was going to be there. He put his little booties on, came in, explained to me the options that I had pretty quickly, answered some questions I had about some other water conditioning device they have got and that was basically it. He told me the price. To be honest I don't know exactly what the product is I am getting. I didn't do any research on the product because it seems to be their own stuff but that is fine. He told me what I wanted to know. The guys scheduled it quickly. They will be out Friday but you are welcome to follow up with me and I can tell you how it goes.

Estimated arrival time was 8AM-10AM and he arrived right around 8 am. Josh was very professional and friendly. He cleaned up the area when he was finished. The office staff members were very helpful and professional too.

It went well. They did the job as requested.

The technician came out on Monday and solved the problem right away. His name was Josh and he actually came out ahead of time. He even took pictures with his cell phone so he could show me what had happened.

It went great. They were very good. They were nice and helpful.

I messaged the comapny and I said that there was a water leak in the kitchen that needed to be fixed and that the water in the house was shut off and a woman replied that they would send somebody out and gave me an appointment for today. The man arrived on time but when he looked at the leak he said the deal would not work and said he had to charge me a $69 service fee.

Brian called before he came. He was very friendly, professional and informative. He did an excellent job with the 20-point A/C Tune Up. I would highly recommend Plumbing Heating Paramedics of Fishers.

Found several roots as expected and cleared the line.

They were on time, courteous, wore protective foot covers, and completed quickly. All good.

He called before he arrived. Put toilet together in garage and carried in. Did a professional job on installing the toilet, very friendly.

Both service techs were punctual, courteous, and performed work professionally and much faster than anticipated.
