The entire process was efficient, professional and fairly priced. During the estimation visit they listened to my needs and didn't attempt to up sell me products I didn't need. The work was completed with a single visit with no call backs or issues. I will happily call them again for any future services.

My experience with them was satisfactory. There were two minor problems and he fixed them and gave me the bill, but he didn't tell me ahead of time how much it was going to be, and it was more than I had expected. I wasn't very happy about that. It started leaking again so I called him and he came back and fixed it at no charge, so that was a plus.

I'd purchased a big deal from the list, and the provider failed to deliver on the big deal. I am now receiving a refund. The big deal plumber came twice...the first time he said he couldn't do the job because I was on a crawl space and he needed a second plumber, which would cost me more. After talking to the operations manager they agreed to provide a plumbing apprentice at a discounted price. The same plumber and his assistant apprentice showed up as scheduled a second time, only to tell me after 5 minutes later that they would not do the work because the entrance to my crawl space was too small! I immediately called this provider, who had installed a new water softener in July for me. They scheduled me for that very afternoon. Brandon gave me a courtesy call before arriving. He quickly determined the entrance was fine and he could easily do the job. He ALONE went into the crawl, and replaced the faucet. He even fashioned a wood support to keep the faucet securely fastened. He was professional, dependable, knowledgable and a delight to work with. He even befriended my dogs. I will never use any other vendor for my plumbing needs. This is a first class vendor whose goal is to develop a strong relationship with their customers.

Bryce was very personable, punctual and courteous. He explained everything as we went through the home inspection and also answered any questions I had. After and during the inspection he told me about fixes I needed and things that needed to be replaced. I will recommend Plumbing and Heating Paramedics to others.

The provider fixed my AC unit at a good price after some negotiation.

I bought a $59 big deal for this service. I think I got this for my son, if I remember right, and as far as I know things worked okay. He did tell me that they got out there and checked the system over. Interestingly, between the time that I bought it and when they finally got out there to check it out, he was in the process of selling it. He moved out of it, I think, a week afterwards. It went fine and he was pleased with their service. I think it was a month and a half, six weeks, before they came out. I was not there when they did the service. I have used them before and they did good work on our house. I know I had them come out once when our house was struck by lightening and it knocked out part of our air conditioning unit. That has been the only time that I was not pleased with them. The guy who came out to do the service call, I think, was hoping that I would buy a new unit or something. So he did not really give me too many options. He tried to make it look like it was really bad. I finally got it serviced and fixed back up for about $300 instead of the $800 he told me. That is the only time I have not had good with luck with them.

The tech was professional. The coupon was worthless as the services recommended were 10 times the cost of the coupon. The problem was not fixed. He recommended another extensive method which would've cost even more to rectify the situation. I wasn't impressed with the whole process. So I called the company who did the original plumbing in our home when we had built it and they were super good. This tech told us that some of the stuff recommended by the previous company wasn't necessary and was waste of money as the house is only 4-5 years old. He removed a valve to increase water pressure in all of the water tanks in the toilets which solved the blockage issues for us and only charged us half an hour of labor.

Firstly the serviceman was on time, very professional and pleasant to communicate with. He understood what tasks he was going to do for us and got right to it. Jobs were completed in about 2 hours which included replacing an external faucet, whole house plumbing inspection and draining the hot water cylinder. He identified areas that could be improved and provided clear solutions to resolve them. Job well done and would use them again.

I was very pleased with this provider. I have had some challenges with other HVAC companies in the past couple of years. This one provided excellent service and did not trash talk the others who came before. Quick. Professional. Thorough.

Went well. The technician was friendly and courteous. Answered all questions. As all general furnace maintenances should go! Much better than others on this list.

In early July when I first turned on the new A/C and found out it was not working properly. Willy the technician came couple times to fix the problem but couldn't make it work. His final diagnosis was that the air flow pressure was blocked, that we need to replace the air duct for the whole house. We seeked a second opinion from other company and the problem was solved in couple days by putting a new coil. My experience was 1. New AC had bad part. 2. Technician was incompetent. 3. Technician was not on time. 4. Technician present himself as "professional" but mis-diagnosed the problem.

Our service person showed up on time and was very professional. He even went an extra step and mounted a power strip to the wall that we had sitting on boxes for years. It was a nice touch. We also appreciated that he gave us advice on what type of salt to buy.

Fantastic as always. Dispatch called alerting me that they would be available earlier than planned if I was interested. The techs, Willie Brantley, who has been out before, and Randy Gustin were thorough and informative.

They were very good. We had to do more than that. It cost a little more. I would use them again.

Not sure how much plumber really looked at. Probably not worth the $89.

It was really bad: First of they did not do any type of tune up. In fact they just checked the hardness of the water and then played around with the settings, for over 45mins. Something I could have done on my own, for FREE!!! The last time I had a tune up done, (by another company) the technician cleaned the venturi, inspected the inner workings, cleaned them, and did a number of other items, including setting the correct points. I asked this group and was told that they do not do anything like that. I had another contractor for garage door work and was trying to oversee both at the time they were here. They did 'play' around with the interior, but refused to tell me what they did, more on that later. The whole time, they were telling me that my water softener was "very cheap" and was only designed to lat a couple of years (<3) which is exactly the amount of time I had owned it. I was told it should last only a few months more, although I have not had any issues with it. Sure enough within a short time after they left, my water softener failed and has not worked since. Not sure what they did, but what ever it was, it could not be coincidence that my softener stopped working soon after they played around with it. I am not sure why they sent THREE technicians to do nothing, but they were all running around my house. They did take the time to try to sell me a new water softener that they had available right away, for thousands of dollars! These were supposed to do a tune up, but instead was giving me a sales pitch for something I really did not need. Also, they tried to sell me other plumbing items, like a new water heater with a high power pump, something they had no business looking at in the first place. I called and spoke with a 'member of the management team' to complain and was told that I would need to spend $75 for someone to come out and check the water softener, even though I told that they do not service that particular brand. I tried to explain how dissatisfied I was but she was not interested in resolving my concerns. In fact she called me a liar, as I explained that I was curious why they had three technicians at our house. I know how many people were in my home, but she continued to describe me as a liar and that they did NOT sent 3 tech! She was argumentative and rude, once she pullled up our files and realized we were not going to purchase any of their expensive equipment. I let her know I was going to contact Angle's list, she told me to do so as it didn't matter anyway. Oh, they did bring in the salt, two cheap bags of generic salt. The salt I had a bag next to the softener was Morton's, that was specially labeled out on the softener, yet they told me that was the 'wrong' type of salt. I checked the price of their salt, and they were about $2.50- $5.00/each and in the end I paid $59 for two bags of $5 salt.

Excellent. This is the second time I have used them. The first was in July on my previous house int order to sell it. They did a great job and the house sold. When I realized I needed my heating and air conditioning prepared for the winter, I called them. I got in very quickly and they arrived right on time. I would strongly recommend them

Repairman arrived on time and went immediately to work fixing my broken toilet. He was very knowledgeable and very pleasant . I have had this company before and have always been pleased with their work.

We had a leak in our hot water heater in our home. I called the business and they worked diligently to get out to our home as fast as possible. The customer service specialist was very helpful in facilitating a service provider out to our home immediately. The service technicians were professional and replaced our heater in just a few hours.

We had PHP do work on one of our toilets.The toilet was a Biggs model that has been discontinued I'm assuming due to complaints. It is a Biggs Accuity. A lot of plumbers are unaware of it because it wasn't on the market long enough for them to have experience with it. I ordered the parts from Biggs and had PHP install them. After the service man left, we had issues with the the toilet not flushing. The service man returned the next workday and worked on it again. It works fine now. We use Plumbing Heating Paramedics exclusively and will continue to do so.

Technician was very polite and communicative, discussing what he saw, what to watch for in the future, and even noted other general items that he noticed.

Tech was very thorough and efficient at diagnosing and explaining the problem. He had to make a run to get the correct capacitor, which he did quickly and fixed the problem. Upfront cost was accurate and he even threw in a filter change for my trouble. I would recommend them to anyone needing service for your heating or AC.
