Plumbing Heating Paramedics

Everything went great. We bought the deal to address the strange smell in our bathroom. They inspected the toilet vent and found a fix. They also saved us from an in-wall leak in one of our showers due to a broken faucet that we didn't know about (it was in our daughters' bathroom). Checked out all the other faucets in the house and everything was in working order. Rep was professional and courteous. We ended up purchasing the Easy Water system from them, as it had been something we had researched and contemplated for a while. They installed it on another date and it works great.

the plumber kept me informed of the various options I had for each job. Then he was very efficient and kept the work area clean.

This plumbing appointment to repair aleaking toilet was through aa promotional special and it was several weeks before they could schedule our service. And then, the company rescheduled saying they had an emergency. Once they came out, the service performed was fine.

There was not much for them to do because my house was already ship shape. They were courteous, explained what they were doing, and it was a great experience.

Showed up on time, spent little time answering questions, gave large estimate and left.

They did a very nice job, and I am happy with the work. The technician was very professional and helpful, too.

The sink was successfully replaced but while attempting to remove the old sink the worker broke off a nickel-size chunk of countertop near the rim of the sink. Although the piece was glued back it's very obvious to me as I use the new sink each day. The Angie's List Big Deal was for an hour of service and our sink replacement took much longer than that (the old sink did not come out easily) and the charge was $200. The company owner offered me a $50 discount because of the chip in the countertop and I accepted that.

The drain works just like new now. Have not gone out to purchase the gasket suggested but there was no real hurry on that.

Bryce called in advance to provide an exact arrival time versus the two hour window for the appointment. Arrived on time and then provided an inspection and test of our sump and sewage pumps. He explained what was causing the issue we identified which was nothing major. He then described the importance of water heater flushing and showed me how to do it. He then offered to come back and provide a full inspection of our plumbing (sinks, drains, toilets, pumps) since we purchased the Angies List special.

The installer did a good job on the labor but I feel the toilet is not the right one.

Ryan & his dad did the replacement of the outside unit. They were promt,professional and paid a great deal of attention to all details. There was a question that came up after the install that they took a great deal of time to take care of. They were not satisfied until everything was just right. I could not have been happier. Bryce did the winterization for a cottage we use only in the summer. He did a super job. Again, prompt, attentive to detail, professional. I would highly recommend this company.

Excellent service! They called the very next day after we bought a deal on angieslist.com. The fella arrived right on time and was cleanly clothed, and very professional. He explained everything to my wife that he needed to do and even went beyond our request and actually hooked up the line we had installed for our new humidifier so we could begin using it and not wait on our HVAC company. Their charge for parts were in-Line with the big box stores which really surprised me. I expected a "make up fee" to be hidden in the parts price since we paid so little for the service call in the online deal... My self concocted skepticism was disproved after paying the bill. They are now on our call list for plumbing services going forward! We highly recommend them.

We contracted for a tankless water heater through an Angie's List deal of the day. The owner bid the job himself, and quoted a hot water softener at the same time. We had all the work done the same day to our satisfaction. They hauled out our old water heater, and left the basement cleaner than they found it. The electric thermostat shut off right after the installers left, but they responded to my call and turned around to come back and reset the mechanism. Water has been great since.

They were perfectly on time, & helped in 2 ways. They were very congenial, & nice to talk to. I will use them in the future.

The service technician arrived on time, performed the job in a professional manner, answered a few questions about the system that I asked, and cleaned up after he was done. Great job. The inspection and cleaning/testing was part of an inexpensive service contract with them from last spring.

Very professional. Came in ready to do whatever work I needed done. Replaced 2 kitchen faucets and disposer/sink trim ring. Broke trim ring of disposer while replacing with my new one, and then installed one of their disposers with no charge. Also, it took a little longer than 2 hours of labor to remove and install new disposer. The new one is not as good as my old was (which was not very old), however, I really appreciate his willingness to fix the situation without batting an eye! I would definitely use them again and nominate them for a super service award.

The plumber said he couldnt get the old drain out because most of the center supports were gone. He said maybe with 2 plu mbers onsite they could do it. He said there was a repair kit that he didnt have on his truck. I didnt really want to pay him to go shopping for parts. I had already paid for him to come to my house so I needed him to fix something. I then asked if he could repair a leaky kitchen sprayer. He could not. I then asked him to repair a leaky outdoor faucet. He could not repair it but he installed a new one. The job was pretty routine but once installed the faucet was very crooked. I asked him to straighten it and then it leaked after resoldering the pipe. He finally fixed it after 90 minutes of trying. That faucet is still working fine 4 months later. I went to Lowes, bought a $14 tool and a $10 part and replaced the bathtub drain myself. If this plumber couldnt do that I would not bother to call him again. In the end I paid $50 for the 1 hour service call and $48 for the outdoor faucet and an additional $27 labor for the time that he was here. Granted they did not charge me for the 90 minutes he spent trying to fix the leak he created but the original requested job only took me 15 minutes.

Bathtub spout had pulled away from the wall slightly; needed to be fixed and re-caulked. The bathroom in which this occurred is a guest bathroom; consequently, there wasn?t any rush to have the repairs made. When I received notice of the ?Angie?s List Big Deal? - $49 for a plumbing service call + 1 hour of labor I thought this was a perfect solution. I had never used Plumbing Heating Paramedics before and checked them out before placing my order for the ?Big Deal.? Based on the information regarding the company available on Angie?s List I decided to take advantage of the ?Big Deal.? The company was very responsive. The service technician was running a little late and the company telephoned me to say that he was running approximately 15 minutes behind schedule, but that he was on his way. When he arrived he found the tub spout had, in fact, pulled away from the wall slightly. He adjusted it, and then re-caulked it. The entire service call took less than one hour; as such, he asked if there was anything else I needed him to look at. Fortunately, that was the only plumbing issue we had.

When I need to get a new water heater soon I would call them back.

Bryce was the upstanding plumber who arrived right on time. He got right to work and completed the task well within the 1 Hour time frame - as I purchased a 1 Hour of plumbing labor Big Deal. Bryce gave me some information on my Water heater, as well as my water softening system. There was an smell coming from the open drain prior to the laundry sink being installed and Bryce handled it lile a champ. The laundry room is now complete! Thanks PHP!
