Plumbing Heating Paramedics

It went very well. They showed up when they were supposed to, but I didn't have the garage door open so they left a note on my door but I actually never received a phone call. They did reschedule for the next day and everything worked out ok.

They were a bit late, but they called in advance to let us know. However, they did a great job, and we are satisfied with the service.

The whole experience was good- from beginning until the end. I would use them again in a heartbeat. In fact, I even asked them for a quote for a backup sump pump before he left! The day I called them, I called the number listed. Since the woman who answered could not give me a definitive answer about a question about the posted deal, she had the installer call me within minutes. He answered my questions and I feel he was very honest with me. I asked for a quote for a different model. He offered to have the two separate options with him when he came for the installation appointment. We set up the appointment for 10:30 AM. Because his earlier appointment cancelled, they called a couple of days before to ask if coming early was an option. Imagine that, a plumber that is EARLY! He was polite and friendly. I had my two small children with me and was very happy to let me stop in mid conversation to go check on them. He was very respectful of my home, including asking for permission to park on my driveway. The price that was quoted was the price I was charged.

I called to schedule an appointment. I was also scheduling a furnace check-up and the office suggested scheduling both at the same time. i was able to get both services scheduled within a couple of days and only had to take a couple of hours off work. Brice arrived on time. The kitchen sink drain clog ended up being very far down the pipes. Brice was very thorough and spent a lot of time tracking down the clog. He fixed the problem and explained in detail what he had done and how he fixed it. I was pleased with the service.

I bought a big deal and scheduled the appointment because I have an old house and it had been a while since I'd had my home inspection done. I wanted to make sure I didn't have any problems. They showed up and started in the basement where the water comes into the house. He inspected all the pipes under the house and flushed the water heater. Then he checked the pipes he could get to throughout the house and tested every faucet. He found no problems and gave my house a clean bill of health for plumbing.

I Purchased the deal Friday, Plumbing Heating Paramedics set an appointment for the following Monday and arrived at the scheduled time. I neglected to tell them that my existing water heater was gas, and they brought along an electric replacement. I spoke with them as soon as they arrived and the installer called the company owner to inform him of the issue. He told them he would deliver a gas version from Fishers to Avon, with no extra charge. While they waited, the installers checked our water softener because the low salt light was flashing. They knocked down the salt bridge that had formed inside, so that the softener could reset. Then they began uninstalling our current water heater. They were just hauling the old one to their truck when the new one arrived. Ryan, the owner, was very kind and understanding about the electric vs. gas mix up. I was very pleased with this experience and purchased the $149 upkeep plan for the heating and air, and water heater. I am looking forward to an excellent experience with this company based on the excellent service they provided today.

They are great. The water heater was flushed well and there were a few things found during the inspection to keep an eye on. Ryan and his crew are top-notch.

They have tested my heating system, replaced my water heater and added a very cool water softener. They know their industry's technology, gave me options with all the details, and made sure I understood the differences between choices.

Furnace wasnt working on rental property. I thought I would try the special. The furnace had shut down because of wind. Started back up a few hours later. Technician checked everything out.

This place is awesome! They were on time, and super professional. There was great communication from the time I set the appointment to the time they came for the appointment. They even sent a thank you card after the appointment, with an additional discount coupon for future use. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs their service.

Overall excellent experience. Very Professional from the initial estimate. Ryan came out and gave us an estimate on a new system, not only did he provide an excellent price, he was very informative on what he would recommend and why. After getting a couple of other estimates we chose PHP and could not be happier with the work that was done and the level of professionalism. We would highly recommend PHP to all, will not hesitate to use them again.

The plumber arrived on time, was neatly dressed, and went right to work. After a thorough check of the entire plumbing system and water heater, he determined that calcium buildup in the plumbing lines was restricting the hot water flow. He explained that the best long-term solution was to replace several plumbing lines, but at a cost higher than I was willing to pay at the time. In the meantime, he provided a short-term repair by banging on the old galvanized pipes at strategic points: joints, elbows, reducers, etc. It did the trick!

Called this AM as I noticed that a small leak was getting bigger. They were able to schedule me for 3-5 this PM. Bryce (the service "medic") called and said that he had finished his prior job early and would it be possible to stop in at 2PM. I was home, and told him to come ahead. He did an outstanding job in completing the work and even took the time to answer two plumbing questions. Very professional - from the shoe covers right thru the completed job.

Sent company an email at 7pm and received a response very early the next morning with a price range for each individual service. Altough I thought they were professional and timely with their responses, did not use this company because I felt the prices were too high for what we needed done. We ended using another company that was more in our price range.

I called them for a quote to replace my battery back-up sump pump. They had no problem giving me a quote immediately for $1375. They were also willing to give me a $50 discount since I had a service agreement with them. That sounded like a lot to me so I called other companies. None of the others would give me a quote over the phone but offered a free quote with a visit. So I agreed for another company to come out and their initial quote was $2400. After I told them the quote from PHP they came down in price. I wished I had realized how low priced Plumbing Heating Paramedics were. They have always done a good job for me. I should have just gone with them in the first place!

They arrived on time and were fast, friendly and efficient. Family owned and operated. If necessary, I would call them again.

They were on time and it was easy to schedule an appointment with them. I went to the hardware store to buy a part that needed to be replaced, but while I was gone, the guy who came over stayed in his truck for 20 minutes, instead of starting work on the other toilets. He also had to read the instructions on the replacement kit, as though he didn’t have much experience.

Fantastic, suggested replacing faucet at some time but did not push it. We will be having him back to replace the faucet and do whatever else needs to be done to get the plumbing right

This has become an ongoing relationship. They come inspect and suggest possible needs I may have. One time he went the extra mile and informed me about some other issues unrelated to my furnace I had as well - which I appreciated greatly.
