The plumber arrived on time and understood exactly what we wanted to have done. He completed the job quickly with no mess. He did offer the usual service plan that most companies advertise upon completion of the job but did not push it. We were very thankful for that. He was very professional.

The big deal was fine. I did feel like I wished they did a bit more, but they did what the deal offered and it has been a while since I have done the deal.

They were able to work me in 2 days after contacting them. They showed up on time, and did a great job with the repair, while detailing out the issues that caused the leak.

Scheduling and communication were great - they worked with my scheduling needs. Arrived on time. Friendly, professional and efficient. No hidden fees. Got the work done in a very timely manner. Pleasantly surprised me by charging less for the toilet replacement than quoted over the phone. I would welcome them into my home again.

Purchased a Big deal for Plumbing Heating Paramedics. I had them come and install a faucet on the back of the house and they did inspection on the plumbing. The service was good. Had an appointment set between the hours of 3 and 5 pm, the gentleman arrived at noon thankful someone was home.

Came out to replace the connection in the garage per Angies Big Deal. What I forgot is that we had both hot and cold and they had to special order a new connection. They charged us extra, understandably, but still gave us a great deal and showed up today to install/test. Excellent job and very professional.

All went well. Service was done quickly and any debris was cleaned up.

They came out the same day as the call which was great and the guy was very nice and helpful to tell me that all was good except the fan motor on my outside unit would need replaced. He did not inspect the freon however. I appreciated the quick response and the affirmation of what I believed was wrong, however the problem came when he quoted me a price to fix the motor. The quote to replace the motor was $904.00 and that was not the "today" pricing that was if they could get the part within the next couple of days and come back and install it. I found a replacement motor (brand new) for $70 and have another company install the motor. The markup was outrageous for PHP to do the replacement.

Purchased a Big Deal for Plumbing Heating Paramedics. Had a couple faucets and water valve leaking. They repaired the faucets and the water valve.

Called Plumbing Heating Paramedics to service our water heater. When they came out to service our water heater we had an inspection done. They had found some pipes in the crawl space that needed replaced. Very satisfied with the work they have performed.

I was able to schedule an appointment the next day. The service team showed up on time. They completed the work in a timely manner. They were courteous and answered all questions I asked. Everything went smoothly.

The internal workings of the faucet were hard to get to as the plumber had to go into the basement and cut away the drywall in two places. I thought the fee was very reasonable and the plumber was on time and professional. Very happy with the results.

I purchased a service call through "Angie's List" deals. The company responded the following day to set up an appointment. They were able to schedule the service in two days, and followed up with a phone call the day before service. Randy, the technician, called about a half hour before arriving; well within the appointed time frame. He slipped on shoe coverings before entering my home and determined that the toilet was functioning correctly for a 1.5 gal. flush model. We discussed options to replace the toilet with a model with assisted flush features as a do-it-yourself project, or they could install one for me. Since only about fifteen minutes had elapsed, I took him around and asked questions about the water heater and shower fixtures, which he answered for me. Afterwards he asked if I had any other concerns, which I did not. The service call ended with Randy asking for a print out of the purchase confirmation email and he went over a service contract available if I wanted it. He did not pressure me in any way, and told me if I would like to buy it, I could do so at any time. I was very happy with the total experience with "Plumbing Heating Paramedics" and will consider purchasing a service contract with them. The only suggestion I would offer is to make sure the scope of work is understood when the appointment is scheduled. Apparently, when the purchase is made online that is not asked and the technician does not always get that information.

Was very appreciative of the service provided by PHP. Since this was my first home and it was a gas water heater, was not sure what the problem could be. My appointment time was 2 - 4 pm but the service tech called me at 12:45 pm and asked if he could stop by earlier and I said yes and met him 30 minutes later; he was already waiting in the driveway. He came into the home, told him the problem. He looked things over, and in 10 minutes he had the water heater lit. Since this was my first home and had gas furnace & water heater, he gave me some tips and also discussed the Home Comfort Service agreement; which I plan to purchase. Randy was very professional as was the rest of the staff I talked to at PHP - I will definitely use them again for future service.

Learned after purchasing that Big Deal was applicable to a service call only and not the annual service. Company was very nice and honored the amount already paid to be applied toward the annual servicing. Not sure why a Big Deal is offered for a service call since typically, one does not know when they'll need service whereas an annual check-up is performed on a regular basis. Scheduler and technician were very professional and customer service oriented. Scheduling was easy and I didn't have to wait too long to get on the schedule. All of my questions were answered. I would recommend this provider to others.

The two men were confused as to exactly what service they were to provide. There was some hesitation regarding the approach to the faucet from inside and they at first suggested cutting through the drywall. I was alarmed and said it was a finished basement and that they needed to approach it through the ceiling, which they did. I was not completely comfortable with their level of expertise. They did complete the job in a satisfactory manner and cleaned up exceptionally well after themselves.

They came out immediately, went and got the new hot water heater, installed it and hauled the old one away. We were very pleasd with their responsiveness and prompt work.

I The tech first said that the deal that included up to 1 pound was not accurate in that if a system was leaking Freon it made no sense to add more to a leaky system. He did a thorough check of the system and determined that it was non-functioning. There was little or no Freon in the system and to have a check for leaks would not be cost effective on a 14 year old system. He called his office and relayed an estimate for both a new A/C or a new HVAC system. I should have had the system checked before I purchased the house. The seller indicated the A/C was working. That's an expensive lesson to learn. New A/C approx. $3600. New complete system: approx $7400. I'm going to get other estimates.

Ok - I paid $49 for an inspection on my shower handle and what could be done to fix what appeared to be a drip/leak. Two gentlemen came to inspect - about on time and examined my faucet. After showing and explaining my issue, the main plumber took off the handle, examined the pipes and connections and explained that I would need a new trim and cartridge. He didn't have the parts on hand, but took down some part numbers and told me he would get back to me on a price. Never happened. He did tell me that for $750 we could probably get everything "fixed" and working like it should again. Too his credit, he did give me a part number and stated that I could probably get the part cheaper, or maybe even free by calling Kohler. This whole interaction took about 18 minutes - I paid for 1 hour of services. Sensing my frustration, he asked if there was anything else I wanted him to look at. I mentioned I had a slow draining faucet in my downstairs bathroom. He checked, it was slow draining, and he informed me it would cost about $100 to unclog. I declined and thanked him and they left. Total time spent - 25 minutes. I then purchased some drano type products and unclogged the drain myself. I guess I assumed he would have some "plumber" grade chemicals that he could have used... my mistake. Maybe I had too high expectations going into this appointment - but I did not get $49 worth of anything.

I have used this provider several times. I bought the plumbing inspection package first. I was so impressed by Brice that I ended up ordering a new water heater from them, then I've called them back a few times to do things like replace the outside water spigots on the house.
