They came out and got the job done very quickly! I was very impressed with the efficiency of the work done! They did a great job!

We bought an annual service agreement that includes annual furnace and AC tune-ups. A tech came out for our AC tune-up, and while checking the blower motor, noticed that our capacitor was older than the motor itself. He called the tech who had replaced our blower motor and learned that he had not replaced the capacitor, as would usually be done, because it had been a freezing cold day and he had a long list of people without heat. They replaced it now at no extra charge. I appreciate their good service.

.We purchased an Angie's List Big deal (2 hrs for $99) The total cost was $99 for the AL Big Deal and $63 for parts. We were very pleased with their service and professionalism. They arrived when promised and efficiently completed the task.

The plumber came out when they said he would, and offered me an upgrade to a different faucet for $30, which I bought. I ordinarily don't like upgrade offers like that, but there was no pressure and he explained that either faucet was fine and why I might choose the upgrade. Because out house is on a slab, he had to cut a hole in our study wall, but he was very neat and didn't charge any extra for that. He also gave me a good suggestion to cover the hole with a cold-air return grate rather than doing dry-wall repair, so that it would always be accessible but wouldn't look bad. He had the new faucet installed, tested it, and cleaned up after himself inside and out all within half an hour. I was very satisfied. We've been using PHP for all our plumbing and HVAC needs. We like the small business touch.

This work was done on Christmas Eve. Mike was the service medic. He was professional, explained what he was doing and was clear about the charges. Getting a stopped up sewer on Christmas Eve presents many problems. Plumbing Heating Paramedics responded quickly and professionally.

Technician Aaron diagnosed a serious leak in the system on 6/18/13 and discussed the alternatives: leak tracing, repairing and refilling at very high cost per pound of obsolete freon type or replacing the whole system. I decided that replacing the system made sense. The replacement was scheduled for Friday 6/21/13. Ron and Cody arrived at 8 am and finished by 10 am. They installed a 4 ton AC condenser and new coil in the furnace.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal special offer for this service and it was a nightmare. I had to have another plumber come out to do the job. They were overpriced, rude and I just did not like them.

Everything was great from start to finish. Brian was professional, timely and did a great job explaining things to me and going over everything. I would give an A+ for customer service as well and you could tell he was very honest about his estimate and what steps we should take going forward.

They had a good rating on Angie's List. They did what they're supposed to do. The thing that stood up that was good was we asked them about water softeners, and they did send somebody else to talk about water softeners and then they did not bug us about it constantly, we ended up not getting one and they didn't continually call us or anything like that. Overall my experience with them has been a good one.

It went well. Aaron was great. He made three additional trips to visit our home. He is with the heating portion of this company. A different company had indicated we needed a new heating element added to our heat pump for around $1,200. It turns out the temperature on our heat pump was set too low. He has increased the temperature and all should be well come fall. They’re communication is great and they call ahead before their appointments, in fact calling 2 hrs. ahead of when they’ll be arriving and they wear little booties so they don't track anything on our floors. They go above and beyond the call of duty.

Great experience. They were very helpful and responsive from the initial call to the completed job. Bart was very helpful and informative during the initial consultation and after the installation. He was on time for both appointments. We love the water softener... it works very well! We highly recommend PHP!

They have come out several times. They recently came out for our heating and air seasonal tune up.

Arrived ahead of schedule & went right to work. Met & greeted by job foreman. All technicians were extremely professional, extremely polite & very knowledgeable. Removed the old air handler from the crawl space [not an easy job!!] & installed the new air handler and duct work as well as the compressor in the prescribed amount of time. Never would have known they had been here; left my yard immaculate. Would not hesitate to use them again for any plumbing or HVAC problems. Received a nice note from them thanking me for choosing them with a coupon for later use; all signed by the owner. Very impressive!!

They are a good company. They replaced an outside faucet. The deal was for the first hour of labor. It took them about three hours, so I had to pay for two hours.

Randy arrived in the window I requested . Removed the old outside leaky Faucet and replaced it with a new frostfree one. He also replaced some O rings on kitchen faucet I was unable to replace because the threads were locked up.

I contacted Plumbing Heating Paramedics to address our frozen refrigerant lines on our 6 year old A/C unit. The tech confirmed the presence of a eak. He quoted me a price of $280 to find the leak in addition to any repairs being made. Or to just top off the refrigerant for $250 and deal with the leak at a later time. The tech made the assumption that the coil (a $1,400 part) was probably bad and even presented the option of just replacing it instead of going through the time and cost of checking for the leak. I decided to call another provider for a second opinion and glad I did. Their tech was able to pinpoint the leak by visual indicators and a hand held leak detector without charging me $280. The leak ended up being at the solder joint at the outside compressor. The tech completed the repair and confirmed no further leaks were present.

The guy that came out was very friendly and knowledgeable. There was more than he had to do than he expected so I paid him extra for additional service that he have done.

After several attempts to schedule this the plumber arrived. He performed the services we paid for via the Big Deal and gave us a cost esimate for some further work. He did a good job.

It went very well. The technicians were experienced and professional. They were friendly and happy to explain exactly what was going on at each stage. They also were good about answering all questions posed. Ryan, the owner, talked with us before the installation and even called afterwards to make sure that we were happy with everything. He even sent us a 'thank you' note! We will definitely be using this company again.

I purchased a Big Deal to have a new A/C unit installed. When I called to set up the appointment, I got to talk to an actual person without going through a computerized system. The person on the phone was very professional, helpful and was obviously not just reading from a script. She called back multiple times to confirm my service appointments. This really set them apart from some of the other service providers I have dealt with. I had measurements taken for the new A/C unit and the technician was on time and gave his name and a business card at the front the door, before he came into the house. He got his measurements, explained a few things and then set up a time for the installers to come out. I was working out of town when the installation took place, but my roommate was able to let the guys in before he left for work. The installers did their job, cleaned up and locked the door behind them on the way out. The company was so professional that I didn't feel worried about having them in my home while I was not there. Overall great job by this company.

Purchased a Big deal for Plumbing Heating Paramedics. The gentleman did a good job. The mounting holes where the toilet was were worn out. He had to grind out a cast iron pipe so he could install the toilet.

Overall, it went very well. It was easy to schedule their service. Once scheduled they showed up within the given time slot and phoned ahead to let me know they were on the way. Randy, the service expert, was very professional, very nice and performed the service in a very timely manner. Everything was left just as he found it when he arrived with the exception of the new tap, of course. The work was excellent and it operates very nicely. One partially negative item involved the actual tap that was installed. This was an Angie's List Big Deal purchase for $99. However, the actual tap provided for $99 is not one that the service provider recommends. Another is recommended at an additional cost of $30. Not a huge amount. I would rather pay for the recommended equipment in the first place even if that means having a slightly higher price for the Big Deal. I always feel a little uneasy about having to pay more than I had bargained for in the first place. All-in-all, though, I was quite satisfied with the overall price, the people I dealt with and with the work performed. I would use this provider again and would not hesitate to recommend them to someone else.

They were very professional and nice and simply wonderful. Part of the price was a service fee but I feel like they were really reasonably priced.

I was expecting to get 2 faucets replaced but they could only do one of them because they would have to tear into my basement ceiling to replace the secondary one. I wished I would have known that faucets are not an exterior job.

Explained everything to me then did his work.
