Plumbing Heating Paramedics

I bought a Big Deal for a new water heater. They were great. They arrived on time, were very clean, and finished the job in a timely manner.

The installation went well and continues to be a great investment. I appreciate the low price of the AL Big Deal. Unfortunately, the technician parked on our driveway and his truck leaked transmission fluid all over the driveway. It was in sections since the truck was parked at several different places. When I brought this to their attention, the company was very kind and sent the tech back to do clean-up on the driveway. He worked to clean it up and I really appreciate the company's willingness to try to fix the problem. The fluid did not come off the driveway, though, and the cleaner that was used left white marks all over the driveway. Not good. Moral of the story: don't let any technicians park their truck on your driveway.

Our water heater had too much sediment, so they were unable to drain it. They did inspect our pipes and advised us that we may need new kitchen shut off. It was not their fault, they could not drain our water heater, but it was a waste of money for us.

Two gentleman showed up to install my new water heater and they first put down a construction tarp to keep my floors clean from debris. They had the new unit installed and operating correctly and they removed the old water heater cleaned up there work area they very easy to work with. I have a small home but I was treated as I owned a palace

The provider showed up at the expected time, even called when he was 30 minutes out. They wear shoe covers while inside your home, even if you tell them they don't have to. The provider advised on a few things and stated that he would call me in a few hours for the final estimate price. Overall the experience was great, we have decided not to move the ac based upon the fact that the current ac may or may not get us through the summer. We have since asked them for a bid on a complete new ac unit... we are awaiting that email and will be moving forward with them if the price is right and if the time comes that we need a new unit.

I had a small water leak in my air conditioner. My usual provider looked it over and told me that the unit needs to be replaced. They provided two replacement options, which both had a very high price tag. They were ready to do the work right away. But instead of moving forward right away, I decided to shop around before making the investment. Plumbing and Heating Paramedics looked at it and gave me a very straightforward assessment of the situation: it doesn't need replaced now, but it will probably need to be replaced within the next couple of years. I really appreciated the straightforward assessment without the scare tactics. They also gave me several price estimates for a replacement unit, which were much lower than my normal provider, almost half the price! If you want straightforward answers without fear tactics along with fair prices, then I recommend this provider.

The Plumbing Paramedics were nice guys and very courteous, however, they were unable to find my leak, even after cutting several holes in my wall. Ultimately it was the team from the water restoration company who were the ones to identify where the problem was but then I had to call out another plumber to fix it.

Tthe owner of the company, Ryan, was the only plumber I called who would do an estimate over the phone. Since I knew exactly what needed to be done (I already had one estimate), I thought I would save time by the phone estimate. His estimate was lower than the high end of the quote and I used an Angie's List coupon to make it super affordable. Paramedic's was fully booked until Tuesday July 16 but he said he would work me in on Friday 7/12. They confirmed the appointment, called ahead, and were on time. They finished in two hours-my other estimate said it would take four. The quality is great, the service men were professional. Just a personal note: this is a family company, I think Bev who took my initial call is his mother. I liked that the company had a nice family vibe but could still execute a job to perfect satisfaction at an incredible price.

The tech was quick and very knowlegeable. I was very grateful for his efficiency as I had just moved into my new condo and had no air conditioning. I will definitely keep using Plumbing Heating Paramedics in the future.

Purchased a hose bib replacment, when we shut of the water main in the house the valve broke and had to be replaced. They took care of it and the hose bib, cleaned up everything. Couldn't be happier.

All is well, as the new unit has performed flawlessly. The two guys that came in did the job efficiently and without making a mess. My thanks go out to them for making this experience painless.

PHP responded in a timely and courteous manner to my call to evaluate the old A/C units, providing an estimate within 2 days. Prior to performing the work, the company dropped out a mobile A/C unit to cool the front of the house. This was a life-saver for my mother, who is prone to heat strokes. On the scheduled day for installation the PHP crew arrived on time, explained what they were going to do, and quickly un-installed the existing services and installed the new ones. The technician corrected all problems found in the previous install. Wrapped the cooling coils expertly, closing up a gap between placement of the coil unit and the overhead vent that the technician calculated was costing us almost two registers of inefficiency. Now, the system comfortably cools the home within a few minutes. PHP is an exceptional company offering exceptional services efficiently, honestly, and at competitive value. A PHP technician also installed an outside spigot that was leaking. This work also entailed removing old galvanized pipe and the installation of updated copper pipe.

The work was excellent and we would definitely use this company again. We think they are the best!

We didn't start out on such great terms because the original quote was out of my price range. But as he adjusted the price by saying the the tub could be unclogged without the use of the plumbers tape and that would decrease the total by approximately 89.00 dollars I agreed to the service. They did an excellent job thereafter, and with extreme patience unclogged my kitchen drain which required time and expertise. I would definitely contract them again in the future.

Not good at all. The first appointment was scheduled for 7/3 to install a dishwasher and a new kitchen faucet. On 7/3 I got a call offering a $100 credit if I would reschedule for Tuesday, 7/9. I rescheduled and was told to expect the plumber between 12 and 2 pm. I got a call on 7/8 confirming my appointment for 12-2 on 7/9. Today (7/9), I waited and at 3 pm had heard nothing so I called the office. I was told he was probably on the way to my house and given his cell to call and confirm. I called and his response was that he was just getting ready to call me. He was on the other side of town and would be at my house in about an hour (~4:30 pm). I informed him that if he would not be finished by 5 pm, he could not start as I had a previous engagement to get to. He asked if I wanted to reschedule and I replied no, that I would find someone else to do the work. This is some of the poorest customer service I have ever experienced. A call to inform me that he was running late would have been very professional and courteous.

The tech was great. He recommended a repair verses a replacement. Work went fast. Tech on time and very neat appearing. This company really impresses me.

Fine, as far as unscrewing a screw goes. When the gentleman first arrived, I stated "this will be the easiest call you will make today." I got the general impression that he was unhappy because he was at work. There were two of them. I truly misunderstood the email. I bought everything myself and they were to install it. It was like a bait and a switch. This cost me a whole lot more than I thought it would. My intention was for them to replace a bathroom faucet and it turned in to a lot more than that.

This was a tricky repair and they did a great job. The actual plumbing for the spigot was run through an inside wall, so the job involved cutting out the drywall over the area so he could get to it. He did a perfect job cutting over just the right location and he needed to make only one cut and did not mess up the wall at all. Pretty impressed with that. I was able to reuse the piece of drywall as it was not damaged in any way (I actually decided to put a small wall vent over it for access in the future). The repair has held up well, no more leaking!

It went fine. We had a leak and the man who came out ended up just fixing it. We were used to paying more like by the hour and not by the job like the way most of the services here charge. Their pricing was way higher than what we were used to paying but that appears to be common around here. He had to come back since there must have been two leaks and he apparently did not check it. He fixed one and then in a couple of hours later, there was still some water coming onto the floor. So, he came back the next day and fixed the other leak.

The plumber was early, very efficient, very personable and neat and tidy.
