The visit went smoothly. Jeff was good at communicating what he was doing and cleaned up after himself.

Went well. No issues. Crew was helpful and informative. Unit works fine.

Service was not performed. When I called to schedule, service person was rude and condescending. Also found offer misleading. Asked for refund.

The technician was Brandon. He cleaned out the hoses for my washing machine hoses from the resin coming from the water softener. He did more than he had to do.

They didn't charge us for the service call

They came every single time till the problem was fixed. It was the same technician all three times so we weren't dealing with different personalities and their price was quite a bit lower than another provider. Brandon was our technician.

Brian was actually early for the appointment which just fine with me. He was very professional, wore booties over his shoes, cleaned up after himself. I would use them again. I actually requested a quote to replace my AC Unit and Water Heaters and he stated he will be emailing a quote.

Brandon arrived as predicted at 2:00 on August 31. He fixed both toilet tanks and then worked on the faucet handle. He worked with his home office and a plumbing supply store to identify the stem in the handle. However, he could not find the correct part, so he adjusted the hot water handle to work temporarily and said he would track down the stem. However, after two weeks of looking, Brandon could not find the correct part, so I ordered a new faucet unit. Brandon arrived today September 18, at noon and installed the faucet. I watched his workmanship and he was excellent. He explained his work as he went along and thoroughly cleaned the area around the sink before leaving. Overall, Brandon did an excellent job.

I've used them for the last two years. They have been excellent. I've had problems and they have been very responsive. I would recommend them. They are dependable and reliable and you get your money's worth.

Absolutely first-rate experience from start to finish. Owner Ryan Carpenter came out and immediately gained my trust with his straightforward manner and complete explanation of what my options were. No salesmanship or other bull, none at all. The "other guys" I had contacted prior to PHP made me feel like I was buying a car, which I absolutely hate. Then Michael Crabtree and crew came out today for the install--first-rate all the way, very nice craftsmanship plus the utmost respect for my property. They were very efficient and professional. Could not be happier, and all for a price that was substantially less than those "other guys". Really glad I called PHP!

When I called them originally to come take a look the guy came in the next day and stayed and spoke for about 2 hours about what we should do. They also turned the water softener off for the weekend. When I called them to schedule the work they came the next day. They were responsive and they did it quickly. Better than I would have expected of a company to get it done that quickly. If I had a plumbing problem I would definitely call them first.

Austin called me with plenty of advance notice to say he would be a bit late. He arrived and completed the work before the end of the appointment window. He was friendly and respectful and worked quickly. He fixed the leak, reattached the valve tubing and installed the bidet attachment for me. He showed me how it worked and the steps he had taken. I have limited experience with how much plumbing repair should cost, but I know that Austin charged me only the minimum appointment fee and minimum repair fee, which I appreciate.

The technician came out promptly however out cooling coils were leaking and he said his owner would call me back with a price. When they called back it was another secretary trying to set up another appointment to come out to make a sales pitch a day later. They refused to give me any estimate on price or repair cost. So, what was the point of paying a $70 service call if all I get is a "yes there is a problem."?

I thought the price was a little high, but then I don't know plumbing. They came in, got the job done, and were on their way. They were punctual. They put those little things on their feet. They got the job done quickly, and were very courteous.

They replaced my toilet, and then replaced my air conditioning. Now they are servicing my furnace. It didn't take long.

They told us they never do same day, but for some reason they had our water heater in stock so they were able to install it that day. It was a great deal. In emergencies they are great. On scheduled stuff, they get booked out, if you try to schedule they are not great on responsiveness. First impression, helpful. They have just been really helpful. They were recommended by a neighbor, I looked them up and they had great reviews, so I went with them.

Great and fast service, on time and quality work.

The problem was fixed within 20 minutes of the technician's arrival.
