Great, oil change was quick, no damage reported.

Mendell's did a great job, got me in and out in a couple days. Mike's price estimates were right on and less than national chains in town. They're always friendly, honest and easy to work with, I'd highly recommend them for any auto service in Noblesville.

He will not rip you off and will not over charge your car.  If you don’t need a service then he will not do it.   He is really good.

They said $20-$30 to connect to the computer. I took my car to Mendell's and after about 15 minutes they said there wasn't a problem. I ask how much and they said there would be no charge. I felt they were honest and I will definitely be taking my car back to Mendell's. When I drove away the Service Engine Light Soon light went off. Awesome service - very nice people to work with!

Due to the fact that we own several cars, I was able to leave this vehicle for a week. This shop is a two person shop and they are well-known in Noblesville so they are nearly always BUSY. When I dropped off the vehicle, I did have one concern but they totally inspected the car and said everything was fine. I have used them on and off over the past 10 years. They do good work and their prices are very reasonable. In the past, on most occasions, they have repaired our vehicles in a timely fashion with same day drop-off, repair and pickup.

My car was misfiring after a tune-up. Mike looked it over and could only find a loose plug wire. Did not charge me for the diagnosis service, and was very honest about not finding any problems. It is nice to find a local mechanic you can trust to not rip you off.

Mike is 100% the most honest, thoughtful an I have ever met. I never have to feel intimidated or fearful when I take my car into him because I know that he will be providing me with excellent service every time. He's not the kind of mechanic who will try and get you to "fix" things on your car that aren't necessarily broken just to rack up a huge bill, he'll be absolutely straightforward and tell you whether or not it needs to even be touched on in the first place. I never have to worry about being taken advantage of because I know that he's going to give me the honest truth about what's with my car and even work with me about how is the best way to go about picking and choosing what is the most important to fix first if I'm unable to afford it all (NOT which is the most expensive so he makes a quick buck). I've never been dissatisfied with him, he's amazing and I'd recommend him every time to everyone I know!

Evaluated and correctly identified the source of the noise and informed us that it should be covered by warranty. Dealer confirmed and performed work. At that time the dealer told us that the shocks needed to be replaced and that the wheels were "bent". Took back to Mendall's and they confirmed shocks were in poor shape but that wheels were fine. Condition of wheels was later confirmed to be fine by tire store where lifetime balance and alignment service was performed. All work was performed on time and right on estimate.

My daughter took a car, that she was considering buying, to them for them to check over. We made an appointment and they looked at the car and gave her their opinion. I feel they were thorough and honest.

I tried calling to get a price quote for how much it would be for an estimate. First, he had no idea how he would even do that.... I'm not sure how because I just called another location and they easily gave me a quote. Then he proceeded to laugh at me while I told him what was wrong because I was using the wrong terms. Sorry, I am not a mechanic. If I was then I wouldn't be calling you. He was very unprofessional. During the rest of our short conversation, he continued to laugh and I then began hearing laughter in the background as he started to correct the terms i was using. Now I admit I am a woman and I do not know much about cars, but I still deserve respect and professional treatment. My husband and I are relatively new to the Indianapolis area and we have many friends that live in the area as well. We are a young couple with lots of younger friends. People who own their own business rely on building relationships with their customers for referrals and future business. I will never be going there and neither will any of my friends or family members. They just lost a lot of business for years to come, all because of a lack of respect and professional mentality.

This was the first time I went to this place. I was very impressed. My experience there was an excellent one and I will go back there. The price was very reasonable and I feel like he was very honest. I thought the brakes were shot and would need to be replaced.

I have had a definite positive experience with them. He doesn't mess around and works quickly. His pricing is very fair and I'm confident that when he suggests a repair, its exactly what we need and nothing extra.
