Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I use their services because it is convenient and they provide good service. Their quality if fantastic as long as you don't get PT Cruiser.

They were wonderful. They were timely and helpful. They will meet me where my car is being repaired at.

I was picked up by an Enterprise Rep. on the morning of Oct 1st. My vehicle was in a collision the week before. I was given the daily rental fee for a mid-size car due to the fact that I have 3 teenagers (this amount was $32.00 a day). I explained to Lukau that I was not sure how long I was going to need the car and that I would be paying for the fees myself. At this point I was charged a $200.00 deposit for the vehicle which I was told would be applied to the balance when I returned the car. I acknowledged this and we moved on. On the 8th of Oct. Brandon (office manager) called to tell me he needed an additional deposit. I told him this was not explained to me and I would call him back due to being at a doctor appointment with my child. On the 10th of Oct. I discovered that an additional $100.00 was charged to my account. I called Brandon to express my concern only to be told he was not going to do anything about the charges and they would keep adding dollars until I returned the car.
