Rodney is great, my husband likes him a lot.

I have used them for years and will continue to do so in the future.  They have always been professional and provide a good service for the money.

My husband saw them, they were very responsive. We already have an appointment with them if we will it turned off.

I had called several other companies and Custom Touch Irrigation Inc. was by far the most polite, caring and professional.  They sent a technician to give me an estimate and he was on time and very nice.  He put my mind at ease about the amount of work and cost that it would be to repair the damage (other companies were making it out to be a way bigger job then necessary).  The second technician (Jed Osborn) that came out to do the work was wonderful as well.  He was on time and did an excellent job! Also the ladies that answer the phones are some of the nicest and professional customer service reps I have talked to! I will have Custom Touch Irrigation come out every spring to test and start up my system and every winter to winterize it! I am so happy I found this company! They make me feel comfortable because they are knowledgeable and I do not feel taken advantage of, so THANK YOU! I would highly recommend this company to my friends and neighbors!

Went very well. Rodney is an expert who takes pride in his work. The initial contact with the office went very well . The telephone representative took extra effort to schedule a 7:30 AM time slot that would work with my schedule. My wife and I appreciated Rodney's willingness to be there at that time also.

This deal allowed us to decide to have Custom Touch maintain our irrigation system from now on.

We couldn't be happier with both the service and the product.  They replied soon after our inquiry and Dana came out to look at the yard and give us an estimate.  Because of the rainy spring they couldn't start at the proposed date but worked nicely around our vacation schedule.  They came out and installed the system in ONE day.  The amazing result is an established yard that hardly shows where they installed the system and within 10 days the yard is fully recovered.  They are responsive to questions and came back to explain in detail the system and how it works.
We highly recommend CCI--their prices are not the cheapest but the quality of work is outstanding.  We appreciate quality and service over a lower price.

Our overall impression was just excellent. Both with the lighting and the irrigation which needed some tweaking, they are just extremely responsive and I really appreciate their responsiveness to our questions and making everything work just exactly how we wanted. They are good at fine tuning.

The price is reasonable, although I think that all companies that do this are high priced. The person they sent out knew what he was doing and did a good job.

Custom Touch did a great job installing our irrigation system.  They completed the job efficiently and with little disruption to our lawn.  They did a nice job educating us on how to use our new system and quickly answered any questions that we had following the installation.  The quality of the system is excellent.

I contacted Custom Touch Irrigation last year to install an irrigation system for my yard. Rich Williams, the designer, contacted me and we had 2 meeting to discuss everything about the project. Rich is very professional and a wonderful man to deal with. He gave me an estimate and even he showed me pictures of what I am expecting regarding my lawn. After signing the agreement, the office contacted me and gave me a date in July to complete the project. I asked them if they can squeeze me and give me an earlier date. They were able to install my irrigation system in mid June of 2012. I am also using Custom Touch Irrigation for the annual maintenance of the system. The irrigation system is working very well and I highly recommend this company.

We are customers of Custom Touch Irrigation Inc. We have an irrigation system and we have a service contract with them where they turn the system on, then they turn the system off at the end of the season, and they maintain it for us. They are responsive to our needs. If I call them they schedule an appointment within a reasonable time frame. They come here and they service the system, and they do a good job.

This was my first spring irrigation start up that wasn't covered by the company that installed my system (Greenlawn).  I decided to do the startup myself but then needed the Backflow test conducted by someone.  Greenlawn wanted $129 for the backflow test alone which seemed very pricey so I decided to shop.  CTI was recommended by a friend and sounded good on Angies list.  Initial contact went well, very friendly so I had them put me on their list.  The cold temps kept them from doing the backflow test for some time and I didn't get notified before they acutally did the test.  Fortunately I had just pressurized my system the day before.  I had a slow leak near the  Backflow and it appears the CTI person fixed that while he/she was there.  Probably just tightened something but still very reassuring they just fixed it on the spot!  Overall very happy to pay only $58 for something others were charging $120+ on an annual basis plus they seem to do good work.

As usual, they did a super job.  They are the only irrigation company I've used and have been extremely happy with them in all regards.  Three of my neighbors liked what they saw had Custom Touch install systems in their lawns as well.

They did just what they said they would and at the price that was stated.

  Installation and follow up was well done.  Techs answered all of my questions on the the system.  Went thru the operation of the control unit, how to adjust the heads, etc.

The service was so easy for me. The tech did all the work and I just took in the information and thanked him for the service. It could not have been a more flawless service for the irrigation system.

No hassle.  They winterized the system and I did not need to be home for the service.  They left the notification of service at my door.

Technician was timely, and clearly knew what needed to be done, and completed the job quickly.

fairly well overall, a bit pricey, some sprinkler heads need to be changed in spring because of inappropriate spray pattern due to not looking carefully at our plantings.
