Called AMS Monday morning for animal chewing noise in attic.  Tom showed up the same day as scheduled time.  He quickly identified the entry point where mice can get into the attic.  He set up glue board and caught 2 the next day, and another one on Wednesday.  He also explained how the opening should be fixed.

He also set up mole trap in the yard and got one the next day.  Tom is very friendly and easy to work with.  I will definitely hire them again if needed in future.

UPDATE 20131115:
Contacted Tom twice so far for the same noise in attic.  Tom have responded promptly and identified where the roof fix was not appropriately done.  The second time he just caulked the gap himself.  He did not charge me for both work and the caulking.  I would highly recommend Tom to anyone who may need their service.

She answered and I told her what was going on.  She quoted me for the 24
hour service fee.  Before I could make a decision, she recommended how
to solve the problem I was having without having them come out.  Very
simple solution, and saved me some $$... Very helpful and will definitely have them on the short list in the future, should I have any animal removal needs!  I would not hesitate to call this company!!

After being plagued by raccoons and their damage, I asked Cory to come out to check my attic.  He found that most of the attic insulation had been damaged and compressed, and suggested having it removed and new insulation blown in.  Cory was very cooperative and even mentioned that insurance might take care of this (I hadn't even thought of that).  He worked with me and my insurance company to get the job done.
His crew was very friendly, and were good workers.  There was minimal disruption to my house, and excellent cleanup when the job was completed.
I hope I don't have to have this done again, but I would not hesitate to call Animal Management Systems should I need their services in the future.

On the initial visit Corey determined we had a muskrat problem.  He set traps and returned later in the week to check on them.   The trapping went on for about three weeks and there were a total of 13 muskrats trapped.  Corey was persistent about ensuring that all of the muskrats were trapped before calling the job finished.  In addition to being a knowledgable professional he is very personable.

He was fabulous.  He was super.  We called with an emergency; a dead deer in the middle of the winter around our pond to which we could get no access.  It was up against the ridge and there was water all around.  Tom and his friend came out about 11 o’clock at night and carried off that deer.  We had called him back because we had groundhog issues.  He knew all about these animals.  He has been trapping since he was eight years old.  He has also caught various possums and raccoons.  He has set traps for beavers that were chewing on trees.  He hasn’t caught any beaver but we haven’t seen any beaver activity since then.  This guy is just number one.

I think that they charged between $5,000 and $6,000. I looked them up on Angie's List and gave them a call. The man who came out was very personable. I also got some other quotes from roofing companies but I went with them. I hope that I would not have to use them again but I would if I need to.

On August 25th my dogs started going crazy near the downstairs bathroom vent on the floor.  They were howling and sniffing everywhere they could near that bathroom.  I covered the vent thinking that there could possibly be something stuck in there and went to bed.  In the early morning I heard a loud noise and went to the bathroom and discovered that the vent was completely off and there was a raccoon sitting behind the toilet.  I freaked out, slammed the door and immediately tried to find someone to take care of it ASAP.  Animal Management Service responded very quickly and had someone here within the hour.  Thomas was very friendly, courteous and professional.  He caught the raccoon and even helped me clean part of the bathroom.  He found the hole it had used to infiltrate the house and plugged it to prevent further problems.  He even did a few small repairs on the vents in the crawl space.  I hope I never have another problem like this again, but if I do I will not hesitate to call them again,              

It took a couple of days to trap the squirrel but as soon as it was trapped he removed it and sealed up the hole.

I called then in the morning after having trouble with racoons climbing on my roof and pooping on the roof and deck.  Tom came out later that day and met with my wife.  He set two live traps.  The next morning he had caught one and hauled it away.  The next morning he had caught another one.  He reset both traps and left them for two more days, but didn't catch anymore.  He told me to call if I did have more trouble, and that he would come back out with more traps.  So far so good! 
Tom was a pleasure to work with--very nice and professional.  I would definitely recommend him, and I would use him again (but hope I don't need to).

For a very difficult siutation for a home owner, Cory was a good partner to work with, giving options and discussing steps all along the way.

I emailed ANIMAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS INC early Friday morning expecting to get a response later in the day.  Well, Stephanie called me less than 30 minutes later.  Very prompt.  I explained that I could hear what must be raccoons shuffling about in my garage attic and that I could see the opening they had made.  She explained their service and fees and that Cory or Thomas would be in contact with me.  Cory called within the hour and we met in the early afternoon.
Cory was very polite and professional. He searched the attic above the garage and in the main home. In the main home he noticed an exhaust port was missing a boot and was leaking.  We didn?t see any raccoons but could tell that it was probably a mother raccoon and her litter and they may have just moved out.  (I could hear them up there the day before).  Cory set a trap by their entrance on the roof just to make sure.  Sure enough we had just missed them.  We left the trap for several days to make sure.
Cory then repaired the exhaust port in my roof that was missing that boot and the entry the raccoons made with steel reinforcement and replaced some siding in that area.
I am very pleased with the service I received and would not hesitate to use them again.
In fact I mentioned to Cory that we needed to get a chimney cap in place as we have had birds reside there in the past.  He inspected the chimney and found the cement cap had cracks and needed to be sealed to keep out water.  But we were birds free!  He will be returning to seal coat the cement cap and to install a stainless steel cap.

I contacted the company late Monday night through their website, and received a call from Stephanie first thing the next morning. She gave my information to Tom, who stopped by that evening after finishing a job. I was impressed that he came out at 6:30pm, since most people would have headed home at that hour.  I showed him where the birds were getting in, and he inspected the whole exterior of the house for any other gaps where critters could get in. He gave me a quote and said he would be able to do the work on Thursday or Friday. He called Thursday morning to let me know that he would not make it until Friday, which I appreciated because otherwise I would have spent Thursday wondering if he was going to show up.
In order to access the nests, Tom had to remove the gutter, fascia, and part of the soffit. He removed the nests, put everything back together, covered the bird entry holes with wood, caulked and painted.  The wood that he added to fill the gaps blended in really well with the rest of the trim. Everything looks as good as new. 
Tom is very friendly and professional. He took the time to explain everything and answer my questions. While he was here, my husband asked him to take a look at his office building, which he did right after he finished up at our house.

I had a family of racoons who had made a home in a crawl space in my basement.  I had isolated the entry/exit point.  Tom came and inspected the crawl space, caught the mother racoon the first night, but couldn't get the babies right away.  He returned multiple times, tried a number of different techniques before finally being able to coax the babies into a cage.
Tom was friendly and humane with the animals and explained in advance what he was going to do, why and how.  He seemed to know racoon behvior and was very professional.

It went really well. They were very thorough when it came to their work. They were polite and professional.

I called AMS very late on a Thursday afternoon (around or after 5:00pm I believe) to get an expert opinion on what I thought was a raccoon that had invaded my attic and birthed a litter of babies.  Stephanie called me back within an hour and explained they'd been seeing a lot of this recently due to the time of year, and told me either Tom or Cory would be in touch with me soon to schedule an appointment.  Tom called me back first thing the following morning and we scheduled a time for him to come out and take a look at the situation.  Tom arrived as scheduled, and it only took him about 30 seconds to confirm my suspicions.  After a few days of chasing a very savvy female raccoon around my property, I was rid of her and her babies.  Tom touched base with me every morning to see what we'd caught.  Tom was prompt, efficient, and humane in his approach to ridding me of this nuisance, and educated me on the ways to prevent them from coming back.  I couldn't have been happier with the entire process, and would recommend them highly to anyone.  Of the three companies I called, they were first to reply, the most professional, and the only one that actually listened to the description of my problem.  The others quickly quoted me their price and seemed as though they cared more about getting their overpriced service call fee than actually solving my problem; AMS and Tom were exactly opposite!  I will be in contact with AMS if I ever experience any additional animal/pest problems!

Problem: The United Faith Baptist Church building is located  in Acton, Indiana, originally built in 1875 with an addition in 1971.  Over the years, the building has attracted squirrels, raccoons and bats.   The congregation's concern was the presence of bats in the sanctuary.  We contacted 4 different companies.  Two companies did not provide an estimate due to the size of the building.  Of the two responding companies, AMS's estimate was the most detailed and was within our budget. 

First Contact: We first contacted AMS in December 2012.  Cory and his team came out immediately to look at the church.  He explained the hibernation/migration cycle for bats and recommended not only the exclusion, but several low-cost repairs that would help eliminate bat/squirrel/raccoon traffic, lower temperature control costs, and reduce other pests.  He also recommended that we delay the work until temperatures increased so that the animals could leave the building before he sealed it. 

Results: AMS gave the congregation the time needed to collect funds for the work.  We are a small congregation on a tight budget.  Cory recommended work that needed to be accomplished to meet our goals.  It only took two days to complete the job with no interruption of our schedule.  The church is very pleased with the results.

Process went great.  Tom was responsive, professional, and solved the problem quickly.  I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to anyone.

I have a very high opinion of this organization. They came out the very next day after I called them and they called when on their way to my house.  I was embarrassed that I merely had a bad mouse problem and strangely acoustic air ducts (screaming mice sound like unhappy raccoons to me, what did I know), but there was no judgment from my pest-battling hero.  He did a quick inspection of the crawl space and soffits and gave me some advice on poison usage.  He identified some opportunities where rodents could access my home and put some silicone sealant on some gaps in the foundation.  I have been mouse free since, but will call them if I have any future trouble.

Corey was very personal, explained everything, and was incredibly nice. The other providers I had contacted wanted to charge me per animal that they trapped in live traps. We had tried the live traps before, but it seemed that they came back. He used a mess wire within a ditch around the stoop with a 3 year guaranty. At first it seemed to work, but here recently, they have somehow gotten past it. I've contacted Corey and will be having him come back out to try something new.

I was hearing noises from the attic.  Called and Tom came out the same day.  He thoroughly checked the outside of the house and the attic and explained that it was birds getting in the outside vents.  Recommended we cover the vents.  He took the time to explain everything to me and reassure me that all was OK.

Cory put wire around an attic vent area that he suspected the animals were entering through. When we continued to hear the animal in our attic, he returned at no cost to put down more traps. In the end, he did not catch the animal, which he thought had been a red squirrel... but the animal eventually did not return. Cory also noticed that the top of our chimney needed to be sealed since it was starting to crack from age. He sealed this for a cost of $460.00. The animal proofing cost us $130.50. Cory was extremely nice and a very friendly guy. I would use him again.

Tom was wonderful!!  Very patient, open and gave great suggestions.  He set the traps, told me how long it would be before they worked, and came back later o remove them.  I would highly recommend Tom Avery and AMS.

The entire ordeal went very well. We called them on Wednesday, they were out by Thursday with the first trap set up and well organized to prevent any escape artists. The mother of the litter was not happy seeing her kids trapped, but on Friday, after the first two were trapped, a trap just for her was set up and within a couple hours she was in there, and not long later, AMS came out to pick her up too.
The best feature, they came out on Saturday to check the traps (which were empty), closed up the holes to prevent any others getting in (we believe there might be a 3rd little one handing around, but he can't get in) and that was that! We were also happy that they also found a dead bat that was trapped in our garage eave vent. I'm just happy since I know that birds can't sneak in either! We were also very happy that they were cheaper than some of the other companies we called that weren't humane, no one wants or expects something like this to pop up, so when you are running a tight budget, the price was right!
I have to say that I appreciate how fast they were, that they are humane, and that they came out on the weekend! Great when you just don't want to hear them scurry about in the attic anymore.

Successfully removed enough of them that they decided to quit visiting our back yard. My dogs and I were very grateful to be able to use the back yard after dark once again.
